I luv the app 4 selling and buying but the category wit $20 or less makes it harder 2 find cheap stuff based on wat I like at a more affordable price especially since a lot of the clothes I like r hundreds of dollars

Bummed me out to see the dress I wanted was gonna cost me so much more. :(

The app is broken, onboarding is broken and unable to use the app at all. This is a crowded space, simply not having a working app is not an option. As a Pm I can tell you how basic this is and anyone working in this role should be fired.

love this app but making boosting an item 12% is just straight up greedy and the marketplace fee should be no more than $1. do better

Making reviews on sellers items after purchasing it super easy, but I think something that you should be able to do is look at a sellers account and click on individual sold items and have the review that the person who purchased the individual item left under that specific product. For example, if I look at somebody's account and like something, but I'm not sure if I can trust the quality if they sold something similar and I can click on it and check the review that's tied to that item. It would be far easier than searching around in all of their reviews to see if I can find it. The only other thing is I love the recommended feed, but I feel like sometimes it should update and get to use the airport too sometimes the day the same too long.

This app is gas

Depop as a platform is great, but the app is terrible. It frequently crashes, overheats my phone, and will take many attempts to successfully post a listing. Also, it uses location services the whole time you use it, which eats up a lot of data. The app needs a lot of help to run smoother.

it was going good i was getting a lot of views on my post and then i get banned you want to know why i asked for other payments BECAUSE DEPOP WONT FIX MY SHIPPING AND IVE LOST OVER 200$ don’t try to get a hold of them because it’s not happening

i want to sell clothes, but i don't want to use the AI feature, plus it's not even accurate. and when i look for clothes and turn on the filter for "my sizes" it just shows things that aren't my sizes anyways. what's the point

its good. i normally dont know where to shop for clothes and i just search up what i want and boom its right there. plus its cheap. def recommend

I was sent fake Air Force’s and a hoodie that wasn’t the one I ordered I was refunded my money on the hoodie but not the shoes

The app is great for selling and buying but be aware of people scamming

Years & years in and we’re still waiting for binding offers..

The algorithm is really good but by the time you reach checkout the total skyrockets. They also need and iPad layout the screen stays the same as on a phone, the ui needs work

Low seller fees are the only real positivite of this platform compared to its competitors - the offer system where buyers can submit offers without payment is ridiculous and results in tons of “window shoppers” Also the payment system is by far the worst of any platform I’ve ever used. No cashout and the money doesn’t reach your Depop balance when they say it will. Even when it does, it takes longer than all the competitor platforms to actually reach your account The interface is okay

Nice app, but waste of sellers time. Multiple offers and anytime you accept the offer the buyer almost never pays. Depop needs to change the policy so that payment automatically goes through when the seller accepts the offer like Mercari

No items of mine were pushed at all, absolutely no luck on this app. Very difficult to push products and I am very disappointed

I have used quite a couple reselling apps/platforms. I have felt the most safe on depop, the few times I have been “scammed” i was fully refunded and everyone I have purchased from has been really nice. Overall I get great deals and have gotten so many good items
