I came to the app to view tickets purchased online, only to be spammed by everything and to get an error that my tickets can’t load.
Tickets I bought are not showing in the app.
Called because my tickets to the dodgers game are not showing in my account. Customer service was extremely unhelpful. All directions to add dodgers ticket account to the app do not work. Email is verified but customer service was absolutely no help.
This app is really hard to navigate when getting MLB tickets.
Tried to transfer tickets to my family before the game, but it never arrived for them. Fortunately, I still had all of the tickets in my phone.
App is trash. Slow. Clunky. Set up so parking purchase option can only occur after ticket purchase.
app logged me out and now won’t let me log back in. every time i hit the get started button, just throws an error. tried deleting and reinstalling, same result. please fix!!!
Just give us the tickets we pay for and don’t farm us, I don’t need to go to these games anymore
Everything from the interface, to the to ticket selection process, to the multi-factor verification process comes with delays, glitches, and a general sense that nobody intelligent was involved with the design of this app. I will literally attend fewer games because of the MLB Ballpark app. At least it’s on-brand for Manfred’s league. Just absolute garbage.
I don’t see any games load on the app to purchase tickets,anyone else having issues??

This app sucks
No refund, no new ticket for another game, just your money AND ticket are gone, poof. My kid said yo mlb is a scam fr. 8 tickets for a cancelled game, I’m out $500.
The app is broken. It won’t connect to SeatGeek correctly.

App is difficult
Error is displaying while accessing tickets. Game is in 2 hours…
I’ve pitched tickets, and you won’t get them directly via email. You need to download the app, verify your email and phone number, and then goes back to MLB app. At the end, you receive an error message and can’t retrieve the ticket!! Such a horrible way to just buy tickets
This app constantly breaks down and signs you out of your account while in line to get to the game. You can’t even find where to watch the game on tv anymore and can’t get physical tickets. This app is the only thing in this league more poorly managed than John fishers A’s . Go ahead remove this review again
