Difficult to use
This app is trash. It never works. Constant errors - never works, crashes a lot, not reliable. Stacked reviews. Sitting in a group of people outside a stadium and we are all having issues with this garbage app. Horrendous experience.
Best app ever for managing tickets and promo offers.
Great ticket management super easy. Best ticket exchange on the App Store. Never lose your tickets super easy transfers and sells.
Every time I try to open this app I have to get some kind of service support because it won’t let me log in or like now I can’t get past the opening screen! It’s absolutely horrible!
Took all the steps and it’s bombing out
Logged in after buying them and no tickets are there. Customer service said log out delete app then log back in and still not there. Terrible experience right before the game.
Being connected to Ticketmaster is horrible. It will not let me access my tickets. It will let me buy tickets but I can’t access my tickets. Says there is no internet. Yet there’s internet to buy them. Horrible
Worst app ever
Claiming tickets is infuriating
I don't understand why the gate opening time is not listed with the tickets, especially when the game is less than 24hrs away
Can’t access tickets.
The app is so buggy. I can login but nothing on the homepage loads and I get an error when I try to accept tickets. Completely useless.

Horrible. Challenging to use, not user friendly and a forced experience. If there was a way to not use this app ever again I would.
Bought tickets from a reseller and was sent to this site but the reseller had a typo in my email, which proved incredibly challenging to correct. There should be a text option available too
This app is the worst. Such a huge pain to create an account and log in. They also sell your name, email, and phone to marketers. Hello tons of spam. Next time I’ll skip the game rather than deal with this app.
Garbage
I’m attending a concert at Fenway park this summer, and I’m apparently required to install this app and make a brand new account to get my tickets. No mobile browser open. And it looks like the tickets don’t support Apple Wallet either, so I’ll have to unlock my phone and go into the app just to get my ticket scanned day of.
Had a great time at the ballgame. The Giants Won ⚾️
