After repeated attempts all 10 of my purchases tickets never showed up.
Extremely difficult and navigate and buy tickets
What are the greatest apps that have been created to be able to buy tickets and more very satisfied with this app is better than just buying them out of a Ticketmaster or any other app and the cool thing is that add pictures to every game that you go at the memory that's awesome for me
This app is the worst. Such a huge pain to create an account and log in. They also sell your name, email, and phone to marketers. Hello tons of spam. Next time I’ll skip the game rather than deal with this app.
I don't understand why the gate opening time is not listed with the tickets, especially when the game is less than 24hrs away
Great seats
Buying tickets and seeing them is such a hassle
Try to buy 2 ticketz and says you have stranded a single ticket. So you have to buy each ticket as a single and hope noone picks your seat next to you. Did a toddler develop this app
Bought tickets from a reseller and was sent to this site but the reseller had a typo in my email, which proved incredibly challenging to correct. There should be a text option available too
Terrible user experience
We can’t see the tickets that we bought and are in an endless loop.
Not user friendly
I’m attending a concert at Fenway park this summer, and I’m apparently required to install this app and make a brand new account to get my tickets. No mobile browser open. And it looks like the tickets don’t support Apple Wallet either, so I’ll have to unlock my phone and go into the app just to get my ticket scanned day of.
I have been trying to access my game tickets for two days and going through MLB and Gametime. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying tickets to a baseball game. I’ve been buying tickets for over 20 years for Major league games and this is the first time I’ve ever been treated with such distain.
No issues it’s been good
Can’t access tickets.
The app is so buggy. I can login but nothing on the homepage loads and I get an error when I try to accept tickets. Completely useless.

Horrible. Challenging to use, not user friendly and a forced experience. If there was a way to not use this app ever again I would.
