I’m a little worried to order from here too. I get confused on how to do it. That’s why I go through so much.
Package seized by customs. The Alibaba support sides with trader and ask me to accept a 30% refund on the whole order that is seized. When said no, they cancelled the cash. Make sure to use PayPal or a place you have protection against bad actors. AliExpress is a better player.

if somebody steal your money when you order, they do not support you and they have a lot of scammers that would do that to you don’t you ever order from here👎👎🏿👎

There are allot of vendors making buying from a place that sells better product than others easy to come by, harder to find and it’s harder to trust what you see and you have to more so obligate communication between consumer groups, suppliers and customers.

First time and last time shopping with this app. I purchased from a seller who turned out to be a scammer. Even with my screenshot evidence showing the seller has been giving me misinformation and no product. Alibaba is still trying to put me through it, by having me file a claim with the shipping company even though the company says the number no longer exists. I just want my money back. Tracking is horrible with this company, if you purchase something it can end up anywhere or the seller can act like they shipped something with no real proof. There’s way better foreign companies with excellent tracking, service and prices
I suggest you to used it
I was going to get one sample of product but as soon as I’m about to check out, I realized they don’t ship to US. I’m kinda disappointed.
