Alibaba is a garbage app it’s hacked easily people steal your money. I’ve recorded this happening many times people stealing my money, hacking my accounts does not care. The government does not care. Then the government sends me information saying that my identity has been stolen and then they do not care. All of my personal information has been hacked and stolen and then nobody cares and And there’s nothing I can do my police my police in my town.

This app is a scam so beware

Update: the developers force you to “upgrade“ the app in order to use it. Otherwise it completely locked you out. The developers for some reason thought it was a great idea to have an annoying pop-up window that completely locked you out of the account until you are forced to “upgrade“ the app, which is really just updating it. Good luck if you are on the road and have limited connection and can’t update it immediately! You’ll be completely locked out! Suggestion: have an option where people can “update later.” Stop forcing us users to update an app!

I’m disappointed with my experience buying toys for kids’ goodie bags on Alibaba. Some sellers list very low prices but don’t send the correct quantity as advertised. Shipping also takes a long time. Be careful, cheap prices with certain quantities and shipping fees can be misleading. Sometimes platforms like A.E. offer similar prices with much faster shipping, plus they’re more reliable when it comes to refunds and handling complaints.
