User experience has improved

Never have any issues with getting into places and using my app to scan. Spent thousands of dollars on this app, my only wish is that they would honor those who spend alot of money and maybe provide discount packages or deals of some sort. Even if it was a point system, that would be appreciated.

Easy transaction

Super proud of my kid who got to go on the ice during the Flyers game. Got there in time (came from work) only to have my neighbor transfer the ticket. The first few attempts say “unable to transfer ticket” so I restarted my phone. Then neighbor calls me and gives me his log in information only for his account to say ticket was transferred. Had to look through phone and get my original sign in information only to have the app not allow me to log in in anything besides my neighbors account “let app use website to log-in”. So I had to delete my cookies after logging out to finally clear my neighbors info so I could log in. Only to have Ticketmaster say “we’ve paused your browsing go to a new area or log in to new network”. There was no free network at the arena. I restarted my phone twice to meet the same message. Finally a nice passerby let me log into her phone and finally retrieve the ticket. 50 minutes later I’m finally in. Luckily my spouse was able to FaceTime me so I could watch the likely once in a lifetime moment of my kid playing on the ice…on a cell phone. I was at the arena gate at 6:52 when this process started. 7:52 I was sitting down to see it was too late. To put it nicely I am livid.

Notifications are off and still get them. If it were possible I would give 0 stars. Only using it because there is no other option. F Ticketmaster

It’s been a half an hour buying tickets on this stupid app. It’s sold them off under me twice. Wouldn’t accept my payment twice. I finally got tickets. You guys suck.

App is easy to use for its purpose. I purposely have the app set to not deliver push notifications through the apps very own selection yet I still receive unwanted push notifications regularly. Please fix this!

Ticketmaster needs to figure out a different way to operate with pre-sale tickets. When I joined the waiting room, there were only 700 people in front of me within one minute of me, selecting a section and selecting six tickets, not even choosing seats just the row I hit claim and they were gone, then I got kicked out and had to re-enter my code from the artist for pre-sale clicked the only available section and the same thing happened, whether the artist needs to cap pre-sale sign ups or ticket amounts, but I believe that the fault is on the server of Ticketmaster and obviously their software and process needs to change- they need to supply more info when you are selecting sections because you literally have no shot. I’ve been waiting in the queue and the waiting room since the button flashed on my screen….

I tried buying tickets 3 x and went all the way through the process only to be given a U533 code. AND, they charged my credit card

The app always states that there’s an internet error, so it’s unavailable when I need to access tickets.

Price gouging at its finest. Shame on you

20% fees for automated system is not a free market price.

Honestly Ticketmaster Is the absolute worst and it sucks artist still chose to use it

I HATE how many steps it takes to log in and purchase tickets. When time is of the essence you guys suck. Still, I appreciate the service at all.

Ticketmaster makes logging in way too difficult. I have to change my password every time I log in.

Trying to view my order and just. Can’t. It’s there in my upcoming events but every time I click on said event I get an error message. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website and I can’t contact support because whatever is going on the app makes the chat tell me to just restart it even though it isn’t working. Seriously what the hell is happening?
