Monster jam tickets offer DEAL PRE PASS SHOW (ONE TICKET PER PASS) Implying you get a regular show ticket by buying that; locks your purchase in with no refunds—and then says “ONE REGULAR SHOW TICKET NEEDED TO SHOW PRE SHOW PIT PASS”

I signed on to buy immediately as tickets went on sale. I was 11,600. By the time I was able to buy there was nothing but resale tickets. There should be no resale of tickets until 2 weeks before the event!

Too many glitches with the app
So helpful and easy to use
Stuck at “Your browsing activity has been paused” for days. Couldn't transfer or sell tickets. Tried everything, turning off VPN, switching networks, devices, browsers, etc. You name it. I understand the security measures, but your support teams aren't even helpful. Lost $500 for nothing. Charging high service fees for what? No more Ticketmaster for us. Do better, please.

This app never fails to make my experience horrible! Always glitches or logs me out during sales of tickets. Or even sometimes during checkout even after all the verifications of the account!!!!
Idk what people think who design this if I only need one ticket and there’s only 2 seats beside each other then you can’t selected it because there’s not another 2 seats beside it same with 3 seats in a set of 4 why should I not be able to select seats I want because it’s not convent for someone to leave a single seat and sit elsewhere that needs addressed you want to charge me fees to use this or might not have a choice so I should be able to select the seats I want

Unfortunately, I bought a ticket to Theo Von and they just didn’t reply to me at all, ever, so I was unable to reclaim my ticket, and so I was unable to go to that show. If they ever reply to me, I might change this rating.
Too damn complicated
Trying to view my order and just. Can’t. It’s there in my upcoming events but every time I click on said event I get an error message. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website and I can’t contact support because whatever is going on the app makes the chat tell me to just restart it even though it isn’t working. Seriously what the hell is happening?
