Is there a single customer who wouldn’t be happy to see this company go out of business? They monetize every possible human interaction in the service of their bottomless greed. Do you really think $12 service charge on a $30 ticket makes sense? And that is simply the beginning. They are the corporate equivalent of pancreatic cancer

If we had any choice, we would use any other app. Paper tickets were much easier! App is useless and un helpful. Why do we need to go through email!? I am logged in, provided my email and validated and re-validated… just give me my tickets already. It is bad enough that you charge outrageous fees, if only Ticketmaster could give some sort of helpful service. one of the worst service online.

I have done 4 events through the app; even though I miss the paper tickets the app always comes through💯👏🏽

I had to use another ticket app and spend more money all because this one had a random error that nobody cared to help with.

I went through the whole process, and when it came to the payment to put in my code, I lost my tickets and cannot get them back.

This app is terrible. I bought tickets to the final 4 and national championship for basketball and the app wouldn’t let me sell tickets transfer tickets etc so many different times. Gonna waste the national championship tickets because the app won’t allow me to sell and I can’t attend. Worst app I’ve ever dealt with. Vivid seats as an outlet is easy and functional but everything runs back to the terrible site.

The app will not give me any option other than “cancel” when I try to filter concerts by date. I’m able to select the dates, but then there’s no way to move forward to search through any “done” or “search” button, there’s literally just the “back” arrow or “cancel” and it’s so unbelievably frustrating

why do you have to log me out every single time i get off the app. it’s annoying i have to re-login everytime i open the app. save my login and keep it that way. AND YOU MAKE ME RESET MY PASSWORD WAY TOO MUCH ALMOST WVERY OTHER TIME?!

Ticketmaster is a true monopoly, one that should’ve been broken up years ago. Ticket prices have no relation to market value and the added “convenience fees” of $10 or more PER TICKET are criminal. If there were any justice, that’s what this organization would be considered - a criminal one, shut down, and the owners prosecuted.

In order to put a ticket into your Apple Wallet, they REQUIRE that your iPhone use Face ID. For best security you should not use Face ID but use a passcode instead. Therefore, it’s not really safe to put tickets in the Apple wallet. If you care about Security, you cannot use this in combination with the Apple wallet.

The fees of this app are very expensive

The worst possible company (besides apple) I could imagine having to deal with. Good thing all the idiot trumpers reelected him so he and his cronies could let TM avoid an anti trust case.

Trying to view my order and just. Can’t. It’s there in my upcoming events but every time I click on said event I get an error message. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website and I can’t contact support because whatever is going on the app makes the chat tell me to just restart it even though it isn’t working. Seriously what the hell is happening?
