Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets

Ticketmaster is a monopoly and should be subject to antitrust action.

The app has no updates on ios yet it will not allow me to add my passkey (facescan) at all. It keeps erroring out which is super annoying as I have to fully log into the app and update my password every time!?!? Can we fix this as I have a concert coming up!!!!

I’ve been using Ticketmaster since I could go to shows on my own (2000?). It’s still a useful, reliable, and familiar way to purchase show tickets. I don’t choose to get insurance, often balk at the service fees (although, they are a business with business overhead), and will sometimes make use of their offers to include parking as part of my entertainment bundle. Although it’s venue dependent, I definitely enjoy being able to view the seating chart and select individual seats for my tickets; Ticketmaster has also has intuitive features for selecting seats by the map.

Ticketmaster charge too much

Ticket master has always done me right. Easy to purchase and have a digital ticket for American baseball game!

App sucks

I need to update my phone number but the app wants to send a code to the number I no longer have. Seems to be an issue not having an option like email or something instead of the same phone being removed

Aside from the fact that these service fees are thievery in the broad day light, the fact that the app adds me to a queue for a sold out show and wastes my time as well as robs me of a chance to get a ticket for another date is infuriating

I created this account over a decade ago, and haven't had to use it since 2016. I just tried to transfer a ticket for a show I can't attend, and it's trying to authenticate with an old number I haven't had in years that I can't remember, and have no way of finding. To change the number, I need my old number to authenticate. CS told me there's nothing they can do. So now I have to eat the ticket.

Sometimes it’s just easier to create a new account than try to get logged in to an old one an exceed the attempts to reset a new password. I know. First world problems. Ugh.

I’ve used Ticketmaster many times over the last years and it is ridiculous. It is easy is to view your seats and make a purchase. The tickets are instantly downloaded onto your phone.

I was in the process of buying my ticket and it was originally 171 for the cost of the ticket and then the app got glitchy so I had to close it and reopen it and when I did that the price went up to 194 almost $200. This isn’t a matter of whether I bought the ticket on time. It’s more your programmers or whoever is working on the functionality of this app is not up to par in making sure your customers get the ticket for the price that they see it as

Excellent service—reliable, secure, and simple.

Bought tickets for an event, apparently they were resale tickets so that means I cant exchange them for better seats for the price i paid due to the tickets dropping in price by like 3x. Boycott this for maximum profit evil company. They are destroying ticket events with their terrible policies

The ticket purchase verification is really annoying! Be prepared to add an additional 7 minutes to your purchase time and hope your reserved tickets don't get released.

This platform continues to suck. I receive a presale txt from an artist. I click the link, I am clearly logged in to the website because Ticketmaster knows my name. I join the waitlist, then the queue. Then I find tickets, it's verifying my choice and I get an error back that "unable to complete on this device. Make sure logged in and try again" I try again, same message. I realize I'm on the site, not the app. I open the app, it tells me I have to go back to the start of the line if I want to continue because I'm on a different location than I started. Obviously I have no choice. I start over, I am able to find tickets, but way later than I could have. Why do you still suck so much? What if this had been Taylor? I would have never gotten tickets.

Trying to view my order and just. Can’t. It’s there in my upcoming events but every time I click on said event I get an error message. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website and I can’t contact support because whatever is going on the app makes the chat tell me to just restart it even though it isn’t working. Seriously what the hell is happening?
