Thank you for being so good to me

I had to sign in three separate times and be directed from the website to the app to another website just to see my tickets. It seems almost designed to waste your time. Somehow, almost every other ticketing app seems to have figured out a one time login means to see yout tickets, but Ticketmaster seems to still as of yet discover such technology.

Ticketmaster as everyone knows is a massive scam; not only did it take a lawsuit to get them to show the actual price of tickets they were selling, but they actively block anyone using an iPhone with active relay enabled from buying tickets via the web. They force you to download the app, steal your data, overcharge for tickets, and have zero customer support. This has got the be the worst company ever to plague music fans.

Love the security and how easy it is to use the app.

Whatever the update was a few days ago, it’s a failure. The app will not allow you to login. It just sits there and crashes over and over regardless of restarting the app. Useless.

The app was super easy to navigate and purchasing tickets for the concert was a breeze. There was not one single issue. I ran into it took me about three minutes to secure our tickets and buy them and get the confirmation number and everything. So I highly recommend using the Ticketmaster app for purchasing your concert and event tickets!

Too high in service fees

If we had any choice, we would use any other app. Paper tickets were much easier! App is useless and un helpful. Why do we need to go through email!? I am logged in, provided my email and validated and re-validated… just give me my tickets already. It is bad enough that you charge outrageous fees, if only Ticketmaster could give some sort of helpful service. one of the worst service online.

I have done 4 events through the app; even though I miss the paper tickets the app always comes through💯👏🏽

Very annoying

It took me almost 20 minutes to buy the tickets as it kept keep kicking me out.

Straight up rip offs!

Ticketmaster is the worst. Not only are you adding 15% to the price of the ticket for absolute nonsense (ticket transfer fee), you are the only way that I can get tickets to all events at Ball Arena. The ONLY other option is to go to Ball Arena the day of the event on the hope that any tickets are still available. The reason you can’t buy tickets in person before the day of being “for the safety of the event staff”. Really? It isn’t “so that we can add 15% on top of the ticket price to make 8% profit for doing absolutely nothing”. You sell “ticket insurance”, another scam to make another 14% pure profit that I’m sure has all kinds of terms to make it next to impossible to actually use. You put ads all throughout the ticket purchase process, pushing gambling onto your consumers, and you sell all of the data that you collect as listed in terms and conditions to make even more money by selling our personal information to the highest bidder. I wish that the DOJ completely gutted your whole company, your whole business model is to be a tick, sucking every penny out of the consumer under the guise of being a convenient solution to a problem that didn’t exist.

All anyone wants to do is buy tickets. Between the failure of the authorization system to send an automated email, the attempt to make saving my card info compulsory (a delight given how often TM is the target of hacks) and setting the ticket insurance to accept by default I wasted more time buying the ticket than I will spend traveling to the show.

It keeps asking me to add a pass key, but then fails each time. Then it’ll ask me to open the tickets in the app but then we’ll take me to the browser when I’m already inside the app.

Trying to view my order and just. Can’t. It’s there in my upcoming events but every time I click on said event I get an error message. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website and I can’t contact support because whatever is going on the app makes the chat tell me to just restart it even though it isn’t working. Seriously what the hell is happening?
