I love how easy it works and can find tickets!
Dishonest pricing, malicious business practices, and no regard for customers is a Live Nation game.
Over an hour, three cards, and ten tries just to buy tickets. Constant errors, timeouts, and fraud prevention hurdles. The app and the website are so slow it might as well be 1997. All for a glorified middle man that sucks money and provides nothing. If you can buy tickets any other way do it
Dumbest app on planet earth, app always has some sign in issue, operators act slow, and yall take forever to delete accounts, faulty af i’m done
All the concerts I went to basically or through Ticketmaster and not once if you let me down
20%+ service fees should be illegal. Shame on this company and shame on the government for never clamping down on their monopoly.

Ticketmaster has a Monopoly in the market. Their fees are outrageous. It should be illegal.

Trying to view my order and just. Can’t. It’s there in my upcoming events but every time I click on said event I get an error message. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website and I can’t contact support because whatever is going on the app makes the chat tell me to just restart it even though it isn’t working. Seriously what the hell is happening?
