Cannot change order receiving. For example, drive thru to in store. Like mcds.

The chicken was so hard I could not eat it. I had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste of money.

Whenever I’ve ordered my reward points do not go to the account even though in the order section it shows how many I’ve earned.

I have tried to use this app for weeks and it will never go through anymore. Stop going to Taco Bell now.

Won’t let me put my card in I’ve tried multiple times I’m typing it in correctly and nothing goes through the app needs a major update

last night I did my order online and a little bit after we went through the drive thru and they told us to pull up to the side and the cars behind us got their order before we did and the cars behind them also got their order before me. And the second time the girl handing out the food laughed at us because we weren’t getting our food so we addressed that we have waited longer for our food then the people behind us and the fact that she was laughing. In the end we got our food but we sat there for 20 minutes

The app hits you hit “That’s embarrassing! Something went wrong. Let’s try again…” and then never works.

Used to get the cravings box once a week, but they made it so you can’t get a crunch wrap and beefy five layer. App is not even worth it anymore.

Take some lessons from the McDonald’s app.

Everytime I tried to redeem a free food reward, the app just said “oops! Something went wrong!” And then I take out the reward and the issue goes away. On top of raising your prices.. I have no reason to use this app or eat at your restaurant if you want to lie about things like this. I’ll just make my own better tasting food at home.

Worked for a while then one day I got in and all my rewards were reset to 0 and now it won’t let me create an order. Submitted feedback through the app and never heard anything.

I used to like this app and appreciated the rewards. But for over a week, it won’t let me add a digital gift card. I hope I didn’t lose this money. It just tells me to “Hang tight”. Still waiting…

I have been trying to press order on items and it just does nothing. Glitchy app. WHY HAS THIS BEEN A THING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS?!?!?!

Had multiple issues with delivery through this app specifically. I’d recommend doordash or anything else instead

I haven’t been able to order through the app for a few months now. Every once in awhile it will let me but most time I’m not able to use my rewards/points. What’s the point of always updating if the app still glitches???

the manager eric at the ocotillo location messed up the order but in return he gave the messed up order for free and gave the original order we payed for back!

Have rewards that have disappeared before expiration and now have a reward in my inbox. When I click to go to it the link takes me to a page that says sorry no rewards available order now. The app is good for the menu portion but the rewards are buggy lately. A month or so ago rewards worked for me but other people had complained it’s been like this for 2 months. So far I’m missing 2 rewards.

If you think I’m order a deluxe craving box without a beefy 5 layer AND cheesy Gordita crunch, you’ve got the wrong guy. My go to has been destroyed.

Ordering on the app does not go through and it has error every time. App updated and phone restarted.

Never had a fast food app make me verify email and phone number, like wtf.
