I’m able to order fast and has a great rewards system. Food quality definitely depends on the specific restaurant you go to. I wish there was a tier above fire tier or like a streak system
The fact that this app lets you order to a location thousands of miles away is insane. This has happened to me multiple times traveling between states and I’ve had to request a refund multiple times. The order process does not do a good job of stopping you in the process of ordering to the completely wrong location
Can’t finish placing an order as the cart button is nonexistent. Whoever pushed this to prod messed up.
We stopped ordering Taco Bell a few years ago. Last month, with new items being introduced, we decided to give it another try. We ordered through the app. No problem. When I picked it up, one item was unavailable and could not be refunded at the store, AND one item was missing that was not mentioned at the store. I sent a complaint online, said we no longer wanted to order through the app (and possibly did not want to order again at all), and requested a follow up. What happened? They sent a credit that could ONLY BE USED THROUGH THE APP. Just stealing money! A few weeks later, I decided to use the credit, so I could get my money back. What happened? It would not process the payment— even after trying several times over an hour, deleting and reinstalling the app twice, allowing location access, and trying to call the bank. I submitted a complaint. What happened? They suggested deleting and reinstalling the app and gave a credit that could ONLY BE USED THROUGH THE APP! I know I am not the only one with this issue of trying to be refunded. A class action would show all the money stolen from people. When the company knows or should know of an issue but refuses to correct it, the issue is purposeful.
I’ve used this app like 4 times, and it’s been convenient, but I get notification after notification. Uninstalled 1 star cuz they can’t mind their business, stop being annoying, you forgot the entire plot of what your app is supposed to do.
Whatever changed in the app in the last few months has lost me at least $30 at this point. I get charged for my food, show up, they don’t have it and want to charge me again. Unless I’m five feet outside of the store, the app is useless and I’m tired of contacting my bank to get money back for food I can’t even receive!
Every time I get more then 1 thing they mess my order up
Tried ordering food but the app doesn’t know how to process a debit card I guess. Been spinning for 20 minutes straight after trying to order 4 times now.
This app fails to put in any effort to verify or confirm what location you’ve placed your order. The first thing the app will ask you before you place an order is what location you like to order from. But again, they fail at showing you any of this information at the end when you are about to confirm the order. Makes it very inconvenient if you accidentally chose the wrong location at the start.
Taco Bell used to be a homie hook up. I can no longer support the greed of taking away all the box options. I am aggravated that it’s option but you can’t select it. Get it together Taco Bell. I will not be paying exorbitant amounts of money for my order that used to be 10 to 12$.
You can make an order, but if it is in the wrong location or in error you cannot cancel it even if it has not been prepared. Charging back my credit card and filing a fraud case with my case with Taco Bell. This is nothing more than an app made for the con artists and their overpriced food.
I just ordered and placed the order 6 times before it went through. each time the app froze and I ended up closing it out. I just checked my bank account and I was charged 6 times! You can take my money but not complete an order! The last 3 times I ordered I had trouble. I hope you can get this fixed. We like Taco Bell we just don’t like your app!!!
DO NOT USE THIS APP. It’s extremely rare that it works, it will double,triple,quadruple charge you and still tell you there’s an error processing your payment. Just go through the drive through it’s not worth a download.

App glitches and doesn’t add meals only individual items to cart
Instead of picking the Taco Bell that’s right next door to me the app decided instead to set my nearest location to a Taco Bell located 35+ minutes away from me. I was unable to get my food or a refund for my order
I am a Taco Bell fan. But orders do NOT go through on this app. It said it went through and then I went and it DIDNT. so I had to order in person instead and it was 5 extra dollars. You robbed me of 5 dollars. Shame.
The only app for fast food that WILL NOT verify your location prior to stealing your money. On top of that no way through the app to contact anyone. It is irresponsible of the Apple App Store to allow an app to get approved that does not verify a location prior to processing payments. The developers of this app have done this on purpose to bolster hundreds of thousands of dollars that earn 10 days corporate rate interest before being released for refund to the customer who just placed an order that went to a store 60 miles away and was told that I paid with a card that was cancelled two years ago even though I used Apple Pay with the current card. The cancel button always pops up as order already being prepared cannot cancel. I called the store and my order arrived while I was on the phone, not a single item was prepared. The worst part of a 10 refund cycle, this order was all the money I had and now I don’t eat till Wednesday. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TACO HELL EVER AGAIN. LOSERS!
