Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

Instead of picking the Taco Bell that’s right next door to me the app decided instead to set my nearest location to a Taco Bell located 35+ minutes away from me. I was unable to get my food or a refund for my order

I am a Taco Bell fan. But orders do NOT go through on this app. It said it went through and then I went and it DIDNT. so I had to order in person instead and it was 5 extra dollars. You robbed me of 5 dollars. Shame.

The chicken was so hard I could not eat it. I had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste of money.

Whenever I’ve ordered my reward points do not go to the account even though in the order section it shows how many I’ve earned.

Won’t let me put my card in I’ve tried multiple times I’m typing it in correctly and nothing goes through the app needs a major update

last night I did my order online and a little bit after we went through the drive thru and they told us to pull up to the side and the cars behind us got their order before we did and the cars behind them also got their order before me. And the second time the girl handing out the food laughed at us because we weren’t getting our food so we addressed that we have waited longer for our food then the people behind us and the fact that she was laughing. In the end we got our food but we sat there for 20 minutes

Worked for a while then one day I got in and all my rewards were reset to 0 and now it won’t let me create an order. Submitted feedback through the app and never heard anything.

I used to like this app and appreciated the rewards. But for over a week, it won’t let me add a digital gift card. I hope I didn’t lose this money. It just tells me to “Hang tight”. Still waiting…

Had multiple issues with delivery through this app specifically. I’d recommend doordash or anything else instead

Can we stop with the almost weekly updates and pausing my music when I complete in order? No reason for either of these. I do not need the bell sound every time I order nor does an app that sells food need to be updated 3 times a month.

I have ordered to the wrong location several times due to my own negligence. BUT there should be some type of confirmation prior to payment processing. Also tried to cancel order immediately but the app would not allow it.

The app is good but the app crashes when I go to track my order please fix this

I love it here. If u go u have to try the grilled cheese burrito ! It’s one of my favs .also would try the chips and cheese dip

App will not take any payment method whatsoever. Unusable for me.

I used this app before lunch and the processing was so slow, with 5G and full service, that it kept giving me the “uh oh” message. Now I’m in here at 12:32 and I’m going to be late back to work or I can deepthroat the food…do better.

I love how user friendly this is and I’ve never had any complaints

It won’t allow me to use my rewards, it gives me a pop up banner saying free rewards and when i click on the tab to open up rewards it states “ No Rewards Available Right Now”

Since the last update I haven’t been able to check in on the app at all, the code doesn’t show up either, making it impossible to check in at drive thru’s or in store. Why was this removed? It leaves you without a way to earn points except by scanning your receipts. And doesn’t let you use your rewards unless you order through the app. Please fix it!!!

None of my Rewards points are showing up since the “Bug Fix” please help!
