I’m able to order fast and has a great rewards system. Food quality definitely depends on the specific restaurant you go to. I wish there was a tier above fire tier or like a streak system
Tried ordering food but the app doesn’t know how to process a debit card I guess. Been spinning for 20 minutes straight after trying to order 4 times now.
I used this app before lunch and the processing was so slow, with 5G and full service, that it kept giving me the “uh oh” message. Now I’m in here at 12:32 and I’m going to be late back to work or I can deepthroat the food…do better.
I’ve tried on numerous occasions to order food for delivery off of the taco bell app, but it simply won’t add my food to my cart regardless of the method I use. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, made sure it’s updated, etc. I’ve signed in and signed out, the app just doesn’t even work.
We stopped ordering Taco Bell a few years ago. Last month, with new items being introduced, we decided to give it another try. We ordered through the app. No problem. When I picked it up, one item was unavailable and could not be refunded at the store, AND one item was missing that was not mentioned at the store. I sent a complaint online, said we no longer wanted to order through the app (and possibly did not want to order again at all), and requested a follow up. What happened? They sent a credit that could ONLY BE USED THROUGH THE APP. Just stealing money! A few weeks later, I decided to use the credit, so I could get my money back. What happened? It would not process the payment— even after trying several times over an hour, deleting and reinstalling the app twice, allowing location access, and trying to call the bank. I submitted a complaint. What happened? They suggested deleting and reinstalling the app and gave a credit that could ONLY BE USED THROUGH THE APP! I know I am not the only one with this issue of trying to be refunded. A class action would show all the money stolen from people. When the company knows or should know of an issue but refuses to correct it, the issue is purposeful.
Every time I get more then 1 thing they mess my order up
The app is good but the app crashes when I go to track my order please fix this
App will not take any payment method whatsoever. Unusable for me.
It won’t allow me to use my rewards, it gives me a pop up banner saying free rewards and when i click on the tab to open up rewards it states “ No Rewards Available Right Now”
Since the last update I haven’t been able to check in on the app at all, the code doesn’t show up either, making it impossible to check in at drive thru’s or in store. Why was this removed? It leaves you without a way to earn points except by scanning your receipts. And doesn’t let you use your rewards unless you order through the app. Please fix it!!!
The fact that this app lets you order to a location thousands of miles away is insane. This has happened to me multiple times traveling between states and I’ve had to request a refund multiple times. The order process does not do a good job of stopping you in the process of ordering to the completely wrong location
Can’t finish placing an order as the cart button is nonexistent. Whoever pushed this to prod messed up.
I’ve used this app like 4 times, and it’s been convenient, but I get notification after notification. Uninstalled 1 star cuz they can’t mind their business, stop being annoying, you forgot the entire plot of what your app is supposed to do.
Whatever changed in the app in the last few months has lost me at least $30 at this point. I get charged for my food, show up, they don’t have it and want to charge me again. Unless I’m five feet outside of the store, the app is useless and I’m tired of contacting my bank to get money back for food I can’t even receive!
Can we stop with the almost weekly updates and pausing my music when I complete in order? No reason for either of these. I do not need the bell sound every time I order nor does an app that sells food need to be updated 3 times a month.
I have ordered to the wrong location several times due to my own negligence. BUT there should be some type of confirmation prior to payment processing. Also tried to cancel order immediately but the app would not allow it.
The latest update makes my app crash when I try to look at past orders
I love it here. If u go u have to try the grilled cheese burrito ! It’s one of my favs .also would try the chips and cheese dip

This app fails to put in any effort to verify or confirm what location you’ve placed your order. The first thing the app will ask you before you place an order is what location you like to order from. But again, they fail at showing you any of this information at the end when you are about to confirm the order. Makes it very inconvenient if you accidentally chose the wrong location at the start.
