Chick-fil-A

I’ve been to the drive thru four times now. Each time I have had to wait for at least ten minutes after getting my food because you are trapped behind cars that are still waiting on their orders. By the time I get home, the food is cold. And, each time I receive my order I have had to ask for napkins and forks. Every. Single. Time. This shouldn’t still be a problem. The people are nice, but it’s not all the hype people make it out to be.

I’m furious because breakfast is about to end I want to order Chick-fil-A. I want to use an E gift card but the app will not let me add it as a credit card. Stupid computers.

We love coming to the Chick-fil-A in Byron it’s by far the best one we’ve been too. Everyone is always so nice and great customer service always.

Trying to place and order but will not let me complete it until I provide a phone number and my car description (make and color). This info should be optional not mandatory to complete your order.

No matter how busy the restaurant is my order has always been accurate and fresh accompanied by a good attitude and friendly employees

My only complaint would be keep a flavored option and have deals on them. More rewards would make me buy more just food for thought

Overall easy to use but there is no option to have someone else pick up your order.

Have to pick store and pickup or delivery, when I just want to see the menu. It should be selectable right from the start

My only complaint is their use of high fructose corn syrup in all their sauces. Wild also be great if they fried in tallow. Otherwise, they’re our go to!

I don’t know what is up with this app it’s only this app I EVER have this experience from I place my order, tracker doesn’t work, my order is canceled, my order doesn’t show up, and I don’t even receive a message about my canceled order I wait patiently all the time I’m about fed up and will no longer be using this app so inconvenient like come on do better chic fil a

Everything I order is fresh. No such thing as bad quality at this place. Fast and friendly always. I’m a gold cup winner. Although I must say gold cup or not. I always get five star Service.

I always have to click, “I’m already at the restaurant” and then they start to make my food. When I put in the order it should go through to the restaurant, they make my food and I pick it up when I pick it up. This should at least be an option.
