Seeking to collect more data than required for just wanting to order online.
I ordered pick up order and I did not know that I have to be at the store to they can start! I understand about drive through but I had to make big orders 30mins ago so I can pick up at the right time! This app should change! Fresh? I got that but fresh should be put it as option!!

i love chick fil a i get it everyday and the app is so amazing
I always have to click, “I’m already at the restaurant” and then they start to make my food. When I put in the order it should go through to the restaurant, they make my food and I pick it up when I pick it up. This should at least be an option.
