You shouldn’t have to give identifying and potentially nefariously usable information to a food service app. Nor should you have to agree to legal arbitration just to use the app. The only reason a company would do this is to have the opportunity to avoid a lawsuit and sweep any issues under the rug.

Needs a few improvements. Too many steps to completion. Needs prompt for select a previous order. $ loading is not customer friendly.

Besides the great service and food I receive every time I visit a Chick-fil-A location, this APP is ALWAYS giving me free items! And not no 99cents items, I’m talking about full size sandwiches and waffle fries and drinks and brownies and more! Free items without any purchases or points needed (although you do collect points to receive free items). And their reasoning? In the words of their Leadership Team, “Just Because.” No other fast food app does this, trust me I know because I have them all. You need to spend an arm and a leg before you receive anything from other restaurants. In this economy, I just want to say Thank you

I choose to go to Chick-fil-A most times because of the fast service. I also choose Chick-fil-A over other fast food restaurants because they offer salads and grilled chicken.

I frequent this location in Fayetteville, Ga often and am always treated so good. Everyone is always so kind to my special needs granddaughter. We will keep coming here for years to come.

I love the chick-fil-a app. So easy to navigate and i never need to dig to find nutritional information

Lots of issues with delivery orders in the app. Don’t use the app for delivery it’s awful. Locks up a lot

Literally no other app for food ordering starts making your food when you get to the restaurant. We’re talking about chicken nuggets not a filet mignon. Awful

This Chick-fil-A is my favorite by far. I always get in and out so fast and the staff there is exceptional and always brightens my day.

Never misses

I always have to click, “I’m already at the restaurant” and then they start to make my food. When I put in the order it should go through to the restaurant, they make my food and I pick it up when I pick it up. This should at least be an option.
