It has restricted my access 4 times in 3 days!! I’ve verified my info and ID each time and it IS STILL DOING IT. I had to PAY TO BE VERIFIED to even get in contact with customer service and it’s STILL not fixed. So beyond frustrated.

Sometimes my phone does not work for calls and texts. Then messenger steps in and vice versa.
I want more control. I want to decide who gets stuck in message requests you have people stuck in there and I have to deliberately go in there to find them and then they get forgotten about cause I don’t realize they’re there. I shouldn’t have to do that. There’s no reason for them to be stuck in a message request. It should go in the main message feed if I find that there are some people or groups that I want to have a message request then I should be able to choose that but what is the purpose of doing that you’re telling me I have a request why can’t it just go on the regular message list and then if I don’t want it, I’ll get rid of it on my own. Give me that power to decide you’re deciding for me and you’re actually creating issues for me. I’d also like to categorize my messages I’d like to be able to move them around into different categories. You have one message that you have pinned at the top. I don’t know why she asked a question. I answered it and there it stays it doesn’t go to the bottom it’s staying at the top. I’m not sure why I did not do that. I would like to be able to mark them or highlight them as different things priority or previous customer, but that would be for me to decide not for you to decide.
Don’t like that I can’t connect with people without having my data collected and sold. No conversation is safe. In a world where privacy is nonexistent it would be nice to know my conversations won’t end up being sold as data points.
