Consistently has lagging issues, I haven’t been able to open my time card in days, many times I’ve tried to quick clock only to have the app freeze and I need to close and reopen in order to clock in. Same for signing in. It’s slow, clunky, and annoying as hell.

This has got to be the buggiest app I’ve ever used

This app is great when it works, but quite often the clocking in/out lags about once or twice a week and I end up clocking in/out late.

We need to be able Contact ADP to investigation into Why. I only got one or two direct deposits and the rest of them have not worked. Putting into my savings and checking account I’ve had to get paper checks. I have heard from other people had problems also. And have read online peole had some problems

The ai never works especially the time off tab it doesn’t even exist in the app only online bad app

App is absolutely useless. Pulls zero data. AI help does not function. I’m shocked a company of this size is this pitiful.

A payroll app should not feel like a sales channel. When employees open the app to check wages or tax documents, they should not have to sort through promotions and personalized offers.

I’ve used this app for years and the quality continues to depreciate with every update saying “bug fixes.” I hope the vibe coding dev team gets mopped.

When did your trash app start sending ads for instacart and doordash? Why would I possibly want that? Embarrassing cash grab.

I cannot schedule time off through the dashboard because it cannot be accessed, even through using the take me button. I M very frustrated because I need time off for a family wedding located 7 hours away. Please advise.

Our company uses this app for clocking in and out, but sometimes it takes a while for the quick login to load, and there are times when it will still ask you for your password again.

ADP has been giving me issues since I first started my new job. Recently issues have increased drastically - to where I can’t even clock in. It sends me a code to my phone (which I receive hours later) - and when I manage to log in it doesn’t even show the code it forces you to put in order to clock into work. Horrible app with no costumer service.

can’t see anything on white background.. support said that dark mode was coming but obviously isn’t any sort of priority, only one star until there's dark mode

My employer tried another service/program and it was so difficult I think people got so frustrated they quit. Glad we have ADP back.

Why do I have to be prompted everytime I click the pay tab to go paperless? Absolutely infuriating

I’m currently having an issue when I go under my time card I can’t scroll down through the dates. I have to do a zoom out for it to snap into the right dimensions to scroll down with one finger. I have also found that even though I am on the current pay week if I go onto the option wheel of which pay week I would like to be on and re-click the current week it sometimes fixes itself and allows me to scroll down with one finger on the time card

I have to uninstall this app so many times sometimes it freezes up and I’m late clocking in. I believe a new app is the only way to fix this problem. All of the updates do not work

The app cannot keep up with iPhone updates. Whenever the iPhone updates, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. Then for several days, it doesn’t work just comes up and saying it’s not available. Quick clock rarely works. Not pleased with this app at all would not recommend.

I’ve tried resetting the app, deleting and redownloading as well refreshing. The option to clock in doesn’t even appear for me.
