Wont let me create an account. Rejects every password i make. It’s worthless if i can’t check my paystub or employee benefits. Why it’s used by any company is beyond me.
I hate ADP, Paycom was so much better. Runaway from ADP!!
Every time I open the app it needs an update. Every time I click on my latest pay statement to review it brings me to the previous week’s statement.
Just plain bad app It’s a hassle every single time I have to use it
Used to be great app until they updated it and completely removed leave options. Using website is a pain

I love this app because it works so great. It gives you all the information that you need. It gives you even discount information. It has so much features that I am going to miss not using it at work right now. It was a blessing.

Why does adp need access to my private personal info. Phone content. Data. Purchases,location,S All these apps have become very invasive. Sensitive info??? All these apps have become very invasive. Definitely not downloading it.

The app is slow. Biometrics barely work half the time. Constantly requiring you to sign in and enter One time Passwords. There are definitely better options than this ADP company, only if you were able to choose which company your company decides to go with.
Glitches and freezes ALOT Especially when you’re running late and trying to clock in quickly but when it actually works it’s wonderful
Continuously will not let employees clock in or out. Continuously says it’s unavailable when trying to clock in or out.
Don’t work good
DOES NOT WORK FOR 24 HOUR EMPLOYEES. ALWAYS SHUTS DOWN. ALWAYS HAS TO “UPDATE”. GOOD FOR 8-5 EMPLOYEES. NOT ANYONE ELSE.

I did everything rite when I set it up and it still want let me in getting frustrated
Only complaint,The quick clock had become horrible slow to load and capture punch ins and outs. App has been updated and with no bug fixed.
When I first open my time card — without fail — the app doesn’t let me scroll down to see my punches. Please fix this scrolling glitch. Thanks.
