Glitchiest app ever. It takes several minutes to achieve a punch in/out and can hardly ever populate pages within the app

Unintuitive and glitchy. Find myself having sign in all over again. Quick clock is horribly unreliable. One time I pressed quick clock and a pop-up and just said quick clock.

Extremely slow and has a lot of bugs. Additionally the two step verification if trying to sign in via desktop doesn’t work. The app notifies you of the sign in but doesn’t allow you to actually enter the code. The app is useless.

Always needing updates, slow as hell, and hardly recognizes Face ID or quick clock. This is the worst clock in app ever. I’d rather go back to the stone ages with a punch card in real life

I got a lot a trouble but no help, i tried get support and the app only got a stupid AI it isn't on anything. GOOD JOB with the CUSTOMER SUPPORT, you can see how much they care about their CUSTOMERS

So many errors, glitches throughout the app

When I signed up it found records from a company I haven’t worked for in 25 years not the one I’ve been working for the last two decades. I’ve been jumping through hoops to be this issue resolved, I’ve emailed ADP and they were not helpful at all. Several of my colleagues had the same issue as me.. don’t waste your time.. this app is nothing but a headache.

It NEVER works. ‘App is unavailable’ pops up CONSTANTLY. I hate that I have to use this for work because it is the least functioning, most buggy app I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing.

This app is horrible. It takes almost a minute just to boot up and clock in. And the quick clock in is so inconvenient. Sometimes it doesn’t want to sign in and you gotta close the app multiple times just to refresh it and be able to punch. The bugs need to be fixed now. People gotta clock in for work

Worse app to use for work. Can’t even clock in on time

I don’t know what, and when did things change. I can’t open my pay statement whether current or present and the tax statement on my iPhone while I was at my tax preparers office. It doesn’t function the usual way. It has always been user friendly until lately. The app and on line access sucks, it is VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNRELIABLE app.

There is a section in the app for alerts, but the Notification Preferences page shows nothing. Now I can’t even sign in, I click sign in and it goes back to the initial screen. Remedial devs at work.

Where is the clock in / out function for Apple Watch?

Can even resent my password and every single time I open my app the app won’t let me login

Update your app and correct the scrolling feature on timesheets. Unable to scroll down, bounces right back up. Annoying.

Unable to reset password or receive any assistance from my prior employer and reset my password from the app itself, useless.

When I expand the the break down it’s overlapping and I can’t see it clearly anymore. You need to fix this.

This App has so much potential if the creators worked on optimizing the app itself, it runs like a bunch of mismatched programs were stitched together into one package. Often the quick-clock feature wont work at all, BUT IT WILL let me sign in and after waiting several minutes for it load everything I am able to simply clock in. But by then i’m a few minutes late and my boss is not happy about it. I will blame the app but of course I take the heat for the error and official tardiness. Just little things like this make it a nuisance to use in its current state. Just slow as a slug and poorly integrated. But so useful and informative, when time is not of the essence, there is so much good info to check out.

I use it to view summary of my paychecks

When I first open my time card — without fail — the app doesn’t let me scroll down to see my punches. Please fix this scrolling glitch. Thanks.
