Needs fix. Latest iOS update, I can’t scroll on the app. I reinstalled app and issues persist.

Attempted to do company on boarding with this piece of junk app over a period of 2 to 3 days. It would let you login on the app, but not on the website. The automated signature system was glitchy and would work sometimes and not others. The system would time out and erase everything after a short period of time. Absolute garbage.

Constant crashing and freezing or the app doesn’t open at all.

I’ve never had an app that has so many updates but never fixes anything and usually makes things worse. This most recent update won’t let you scroll down your timecard unless you swipe in a very specific place on the screen. It will simply bounce back up to the top. When I touch Face ID on the log in, if I don’t tap on the far right side of the button, it just pops up words under the button that says “ log in with Face ID “. This is all new since the last update. I saw others having the same issue with the timecard scrolling. I think you need new app developers..

The app has many glitches. At least twice a week myself and other co-workers have issues attempting to clock in or out. Doesn’t matter what updates have been made. We went from having a seamless working Paylocity app to this garbage.

I not receive w2 tax

There’s been a glitch on this app for quite some time now! Every time I update it I think the issue will be resolved but it doesn’t! Fix it ASAP!!!

This app is working so awesome

All of the information is easy to access, from current pay to past pay statements and tax information.

The app was doing just fine until I updated it and now it will not show me my pay statements. So FRUSTRATING

Worst app I’ve been forced on use. There’s absolutely no customer support. I have yet to receive a text message so I can’t confirm. I have to reset the app so I log in. Junk app

Have so many issues submitting and fixing my time schedule through the app and some the app freezes and does no load

This app just stays in idle, please fix this problem.

Unable to communicate that my phone number has changed. Apparently it will only use my last phone number, which is no longer in use.

When I first open my time card — without fail — the app doesn’t let me scroll down to see my punches. Please fix this scrolling glitch. Thanks.
