The app hardly ever works correctly. Probably takes at least 10 try’s to open and clock in. This is by far the worst all I have ever touched

This app is not giving me to change SSN if my ex-employer changed anything without my permission and knowing. Also employer should not call for change my password, phone number and email before call to change everything. ADP could call (new number) or send email(new email) to verify who is he. It will be lead problem for employees. And then back to change to old profile without my knowing. Also problem why in paystub I can’t see my last 4 of SSN. Should be visible. ADP should send mail or email to verify before change everything. PS: I got one mistake of SSN and the ex-boss called to correct SSN. Now I see my SSN is correct but Tax Form W-2 unknown when ready to use.

On the app, no retirement tab. I left my company it’s been damn near a month or two and it’s still not updated. Can’t access my retirement on the website either since when you login it just takes me to another login page saying my login was wrong. It’s just a login loop.

Why are there ads in my payroll app? What a scummy thing to do. This company is clearly garbage.

For being such a big company you would think they could get an app that works smoothly. Super glitchy, slow, not intuitive

The ADP app is absolutely terrible, which is disappointing from such a big global payroll company. It’s slow and clunky, and is more promotional rather than functional. It would make sense to have frequently used functions on the homepage rather than having to scroll through the list to get to things like viewing timesheets.

HR for Employees & Managers

I’ve been trying to change my phone number for two months to do my taxes and it won’t let me it won’t even let my system administrator change my number. It wants to send a code to a number I don’t have access to anymore. Thanks ADP yall can smd

Surprisingly Convenient

Clocking in and out is difficult and way to many updates.

App is very slow, too many steps just for clock in/out, and most of time can’t even open last part when using phone.

Glitchy. Have to sign in and then resign in because it freezes up. Like every time.

App periodically freezes and will not respond. Have to exit and reopen multiple times for it to function properly.

It is good that I get to see my paystub early, but the lack of the company correcting error errors when it has been brought to their attention it’s not a good thing. I like being able to see everything on here., But if the company does not react to this in a timely fashion it affects me. And also, I like knowing that I am bidding a check.

The app is literally down every two days, and loads a web site for everything instead of being in the app

The app is always glitching and there’s no way to put your time card as your “fast way” to open. The app loads for a long time. Which makes clicking in on time complicated.

Awesome app

Too many issues with it! A complete as large as ADP should not have an app with so many issues!
