Unable to get access to benefits.

It freezes, I can’t do a quick clock very often, I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app many times.

I use ADP for work and it’s disappointing that the app still won’t open this needs to be fixed asap

App doesn’t allow me to check daily hours worked for myself.

Have problems after clocking in it says it’s clocked in, but I’m getting notified that I missed a punch glitching and telling me it did one thing but end of the week they didn’t do what I selected very frustrating. We had to go to the manager of the office and have them updated every time and I feel like it’s an annoyance.

We are currently using two ADP apps that clearly should be consolidated. Furthermore, the new app has ghost buttons that use to be visible (luckily I remember where they were). And it’s confusing which app is to be used for vacation as they don’t correctly reflect accurate vacation time.

What’s the point in your new app if I still can’t see my paycheck? It’s one day away and all I can see is last weeks paycheck. I use to be able to see my paycheck on Tuesday nights, at the latest Wednesday mornings.

When I made this account for my job I used an old number. When I sign in it says verify it. My number is different now. I can’t change it. I can’t change my password either.

Unnecessary

This app is incredibly frustrating to use. It constantly crashes, takes forever to load, and requires multiple refreshes just to work. Keeping it updated doesn’t make a difference. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve clocked in late to work because the app wouldn’t open properly. That’s unacceptable for something people depend on daily. Fix the performance issues.

It used to work fine if inputting more than $999 in “Additional Withholding Amount” for Fed Tax. Now the app won’t allow me to do this!!! Please fix.

Works 1/5 times trying to clock in. Have it open ahead of time. And be ready to edit your time card every other day

I was hoping the latest update would fix this issue but it hasn’t. Expanding sections of each Pay is unreadable. All text overlaps each other. UPDATE: ADP reached out and said they would pass my review along to the product team. However, I did delete the app and reinstalled hoping that would fix the problem. IT DID NOT. I can’t read ANYTHING when I toggle the arrows to expand sections of my pay report. The only way I can look at the info is by choosing to view my actual pay statement. This needs to be fixed.
