Clock ins and clock outs just don’t work half of the time. What’s up with that!?

I paid in full never got a notice and yet your still going to take 600.00 for 6-8 weeks after I have contacted you so why did I pay in full just Unexceptable! And your lawyer shows my account is paid in full!!! You want to double dip you need to stop doing this!!!!

Do your taxes, check your timesheet, how about your paycheck? 401k? Vacation days? Sorry that’s not working right now. The same can be said for the website. Useless. I’ll be amazed if this review actually makes it. Here goes…

Every time I login in it resets everything, Face ID, username name and everything. So annoying.

This app isn’t worth a darn our pay at my job has been messed up and late because of them so many times

This app has been horrible. Every other time I use it then it freezes and I have to close it and reopen it. It’s especially problematic with the quick clock. I’m going to talk to our HR about it.

For some reason the ability to rate the app is working but nothing else has been functioning without crashing my phone for MONTHS. This app needs some serious work. 0stars

sounds very strange, but when I go into my time card and different windows, I try to scroll downwards and the window doesn’t move but, on my iPhone, I scroll up to change apps and then tap right back into ADP, and then the screen will scroll. It’s very buggy right now.

they just don’t have their stuff together at all. You get paid late bugs out often have to view notifications in web browser since my company has sadly switched to this my checks have been randomized.

Many times I open the app and it takes over a minute to load to where I can login. If I only used the app, I would be late multiple times a week.

Overall I like the app. Easy to use and lots of good features but the quick clock feature is really glitchy. Otherwise it’s great.

Half of the time both the Face ID sign in option does not work and half of the time the “Quick Clock” option does not work either.

There are a lot of errors with this app. There are troubles with reading locations clocking in and clocking out loading. When clocking in it will say I clocked in, but when I close the app and reopen it to clock out, it says that I never clocked in. A lot of people been having issues with this app for sure for the last 5 to 6 years

What’s the point in your new app if I still can’t see my paycheck? It’s one day away and all I can see is last weeks paycheck. I use to be able to see my paycheck on Tuesday nights, at the latest Wednesday mornings.
