Great for letting me know about options when traveling or at home. If vegetarian or vegan it’s a must have download.

This is the app that I use for every place I travel to. It’s come in handy and I use their suggestions 100% of the time. Thank you for creating this and supporting the community.

I have used this app in at least 12 countries and it has really helped me out. It is so nice to be able to find vegan friendly places reviewed by others. Cannot recommend it enough.

I've been a HappyCow user for almost 10 years with over 1000 points. Listings are outdated and/or contain incorrect information. A quick Google search is more accurate. Want to add a new listing or correct false information? Cool, your request will sit in a queue and never be approved. The community is TRYING to maintain the website/app and there is 0 response. This is just pathetic. I also tried to leave a review but it said I didn't "own" the app. So I deleted and it said I needed to pay $4.99. Hilarious. And I did, just so I could tell you how bad this has gotten. Try a different app like Spinach or stick to Google.

I have used Happy Cow locally and on every trip nationally and internationally for years. It’s one of my favorite apps, and I’m very grateful to have it!

If you’re Vegan or just plant curious this is the app for you to stay in the know. Don’t hesitate to download this one as you’ll discover the best plant based eats around town!

This app would be more useful if it could be used as a resource to find EVERY vegan option at ANY restaurant anywhere, especially in rural areas, but the holier-than-thou good life Californian app moderators refuse to include options at restaurants without a strong enough vegan pretense, failing to acknowledge the experience of those living in an area with an abysmal vegan presence.

I love this app. What a godsend, particularly when traveling in rural areas. But… it’s missing a CarPlay app. I try not to touch my phone when driving, but in order to use HappyCow, I have to. Feature request: CarPlay!

We try to make updates on a regular basis, but restaurants are not updated with menu, hours, or still vegan options. We’ve suggested a new category: whole food plant based over 2 years ago, nothing.

The filtering is non existent. You can’t filter by vegetarian options available or open now. It’s clunky and I found it unusable during my trip to Japan. Opened it twice and was so frustrated by the experience I didn’t use it again.

just wish there was a thing where if a restaurant went out of business it’d disappear from the site

I can’t get past the sign up page. It just keeps loading and does nothing. Super happy I paid for this 🫩
