I first got this app and wasn’t happy, now I can truly say it is way better then the 900 things you have to do on yardi. I have had this for 7 years.
Love the app and everything it does. However sometimes i wish I could add multiple photos within the same issue if possible. Instead of creating multiple issues about the same area. Thank you!!
I would like it more if you could change the languages and add a checklist
Commercial contractor and this app is excellent for field photo reports.
A lot of times I get an error message like draft was deleted by other user or email not set up. Then all of a sudden it starts to work again

I’ve been using this app for about 7 years now, maybe longer and it comes in handy. I am in Property Management and use the app for all move out photos of apts, walking property & uploading photos with listing items that need to be addressed, and so much more. I can upload well over 100 photos to one project with no issues. I am able to email or text projects to someone quickly. The only thing I do wish I was able to do is, when emailing a project to myself and it’s in PDF format, the file (no matter how small or large) won’t allow me (even as a PDF file) to upload it to my office software which is RealPage-OneSite. I have to upload single images one by one when I have to upload into OneSite, which defeats the purpose & seems like double work. I would rather be able to take my Site Audit Pro project with everything on it and upload it as a single file. 🤷🏼♀️ Either way, I have enjoyed using the app and will continue to use it.
Me parece una herramienta muy versátil, rápida para la preparación de reportes de inspección y cualquier detalle o anotación que deba comunicarse a los participantes en los diferentes proyectos. Quisiera agregar la opción de incluir mas fotografías en un mismo punto pero no lo he logrado, trate de actualizar la aplicación pero no se me dio la opcion.
Great product for efficient communication from field management and field crew. Provides clients with clear insight on action items for service each week.

Profesional for reporting
I’m been having a lot issues sending the reports to my customers pretty bad
The iPad version won’t allow more than one pic per issue. Fine. It won’t recognize my email, and therefore won’t email my reports. I can’t even email support, because it doesn’t recognize my email,and I can’t find it written anywhere in the app. It’s almost like they don’t want to hear from customers.
It would be nice to be able to take multiple pictures of a single issue vs the one you are allowed
For some odd reason I was not able to send my reports to my work email. So i redownloaded the application and now I can’t get back into my account. There’s nobody to call or even an email to reach out to anyone regarding this. I don’t understand how you will ask people to pay monthly for an app that doesn’t have no sense of security.
The multi add feature stopped working but I contacted the support team and found it it was an device update issue that just needed to be changed in the phone settings. The app works great and I rely on this for my construction projects
Great app. I love using it for maintenance repairs needed on multiple properties. Only wish it could be edited on a desktop as well?
