Terrible service

Site Audit Pro is an excellent app for inspections and make ready documentation. It’s easy to use, allows clear photo tracking, organized punch lists, and generates professional reports quickly. It has saved me time and keeps everything well documented and easy to share. Highly recommend property management and inspection.

Very efficient system to easily capture photos without having to search in photo library

The app works well overall, but the report layout needs improvement. On the phone, each photo allows you to add comments directly, which keeps everything clear and organized. In the cloud version, photos get grouped together and you have to reference picture numbers in the notes to explain them, which makes reports harder to read and follow. The phone layout is much cleaner and easier to use. The cloud report should match that same format so each photo has its own comment and everything stays organized and consistent. But this option doesn’t allow you to pick up where you left off from the phone on to the PC.

This app is very nice and works great. Only problem is they charge you monthly.

Great for Generating a quick report, but it would be nice to have a few more features. Such as larger photos. Better integration with photo albums, etc. I have been using it for years and it does great as a reporting tool

I use this app very often on my visit to locations. It helps me document all my findings with pictures and comments. Easy to use for any person doing any type of walkthrough.

This was a great app that I used regularly. Then it stopped working and I can take pics but cannot forward them to my work computer so now it’s useless to me. So if it works it’s awesome.

I have been using Site Audit Pro for the last five plus years and it’s made my life super easy, reason is a lot of times people don’t understand text the way they were meant to be interpreted, by adding a picture marked up in a professional way, pointing at exactly what you were telling them leaves it very hard to not understand what the issue is. For people using ProCore and programs like that. I really recommend using this because you can give a pre-punchlist to your subs before you get on Procore and do the major punchlist which takes forever to close out. Even if your company does not want to reimburse you, it’s one of the best investments. you do for yourself.

Not getting the reports via email

I use this almost on a daily. I manage over 400 units and use this for daily property walks as well as any move out pictures. I love that it creates a report that is very professional.

Great app. I love using it for maintenance repairs needed on multiple properties. Only wish it could be edited on a desktop as well?
