You have to pay to try the app. Luckily it’s just $2.99. All of the stations in my state say they’re either offline or just show the spinning wheel of despair. I should have noticed that the app hasn’t been updated for two years. Buyer beware, indeed.

Just purchased and radio for Tampa won't load. It just keeps saying "connecting". Feeling like a waste of $4.

I have tried this app multiple times and I have never once gotten it to actually connect to the local NOAA feed. BUYER BEWARE!

The Weather Radio follows me wherever I go. I get severe weather alerts at home or 2000 miles away. I appreciate its guidance.

Great app for real time storm tracking and information.

I first got this app back in 2017, I first started exploring the app and I found some stations, the features were pretty good, and it works just fine, however, I would also love to see some other features on here where you can sign up for the newsletter, and you can get emailed about alerts in your area for winter weather, advisories, winter storm warnings, and also other warnings and advisories, and I would also like to get notified about the weather news in the morning, and also receive emails about whether news headlines, I also enjoy listening to NOAA Weather Radio on the app, I would also like to see NOAA Weather Radio on Roku, and Amazon, fire TVs, and many other devices, I think that would be pretty cool, And I would also like to see a feature where you can listen to old commercials of NOAA Weather Radio maybe a feature called the NOAA Weather Radio archives, and also add more sounds that you can use when you get notified about warnings and advisories, I think that would be pretty cool and I would love to see more updates and more features, I love NOAA Weather Radio. Keep it going NOAA Weather Radio forever.

I wanted a weather radio app that was reliable and easy to use and i found it! This app is a great addition to your safety plan.

I was excited about this app, and I will add that we are currently experiencing bad weather, but my city keeps going offline in the app with a message saying that it’s offline constantly. When it does work, there is so much static that I can barely understand the alerts. It’s also incredibly annoying to listen to when you’re already nervous about bad weather. I get that we are having bad weather and that probably is the cause, however, that’s exactly what the app is for. What’s the point if it doesn’t work when you have bad weather? Great idea. Not functional for me at least and certainly not worth 5$.

Most reliable and accurate information to have available during extreme weather. Information is clear, concise , location specific & will receive alerts prior to traditional TV broadcasts or apps. Grateful to have this for my family’s safety .

Paid $5 for this app for it only to work in Atlanta ga. The other one I live in in ga isn’t working still.

Station nearest me seems offline regularly; will see if improves and will update review. Otherwise, updates useful and timely.

With all the crazy weather we have been having, I took a chance & downloaded the app. It’s definitely worth downloading. You won’t be disappointed.

I rely very heavily on this app when any type of severe weather looms. The forecast discussion provides much more detail than any other app I’ve seen

The NOAA radio does not work for my area. I notified support and got no response. Don’t waste your time or space on your device.

App is easy to navigate, and makes having a weather radio so simple, I love it.

Peace of mind is priceless - so glad I have this at my fingertips at all times, especially during the month of March in Alabama!

Way too many errors and INACTIVE channels. App needs updates and a major overhaul!
