Need better functions. If you try to deposit a check with the app it won’t let you type in any cents only full dollar amounts. Not sure if it is only on ios or on android too but it sucks. For such a big financial company who bought out Discover bank one would expect that they could make a better app and have more branches throughout the country. As a digital bank they suck as they struggle to get the basics right. What a shame.

Closed my account for being over credit limit and asked for bank statements for 3 months to reopen it. Sent them and called 4 times. They said they never received them, sent them again. Called again and never got it reopened!

Love Banking with CapitalOne, and very happy with the way their App works, easy to navigate and do my transactions in one click.

Other cards are offering 3% and up to 5%. Would appreciate if Capital one raised their rate of return above the current 1.5%

I enjoy the user friendly app, the easy access ways to get what i need. The non-annoying prompts, for my benefits alone, and no selling me what i don't need. Cash back, it is genuinely my favorite credit card, even against my wells fargo credit card. Not to mention low APR is unbeatable, on capital one.

Low rating because I’m here to stop junk mail. I tried to use your unsubscribe but surprisingly that didn’t work, it states it’s unavailable, go figure. So I’m wasting my time trying to stop advertising mail I never wanted. One step closer to cancellation.

Please fix the scrolling stutter in the checking account section.

Just got a new card. Activated it. Attempted to add to my Apple Pay. Required verification. 2 options. Call 1-800 number and verify through the app. Calling you get automated system advising visit app to verify. App “starts” to verify and it is a white screen that never loads. I have been trying for over 24 hours. On WiFi and off. Nothing is working and can’t verify any other way.

Literally the best CC to get, easy to manage and as you do better with it the limit increases. Will never go with another CC company.

They do not stand by their customers when it comes to disputes. I’ve decided to close my account with them. I have had 5 disputes over the past year and not once did they go to bat for me. I closed my checking and moved to Wells Fargo last year due to this issue. Credit Card has just been closed. I’m done, Capital One… star review.

You’d think the app on my phone might notify me when a payment is due, but no 😡 it notifies me after the payment is past due and charges me a fee 😡😡😡

I have an iPhone 8 and I can not use the app because is forcing the update regards I had the last version installed

In iOS, if you have your display mode set to zoom if you click on any of your credit card chargers, it freezes the app
