I was never big on online banking and had trust issues but capital one has made things very easy and clear

Capital one is always been the best when it comes to my financial needs they’ve helped me with getting repairs on my cars and also purchasing a car several years ago. I choose them over everyone else.

The app has all the usual features you’ll find in any credit card iOS app, but the MAIN one I actually often use is the ability to lock the card when it’s not in use (I leave it locked just in case I lose my wallet, am pick-pocketed, etc). The problem is when you’re on the Home page of the app, users must scroll past tons of rarely-used features they don’t need to see (eg scheduled payments, expected transactions, recents transactions, special offers, etc: I’m not going to be referring friends). Upshot is, users are forced to scroll past all of that stuff just to get down to the LOCK card box. Devs, don’t make users work that hard to find a function that should be easier to find (it should be near the top of the page), as locking a card is a powerful anti-fraud feature that should be used by customers to help protect Capital One’s bottom line (users are on the hook unless they report suspicious card activity within a short period of time, but if they report it promptly, Capital One covers unauthorized transactions). Devs, help users protect your client from unauthorized use (when I first used my card, I was standing at the checkout line of a cashier, and had to spend a minute trying to find it).

I switched from charge to capital one and the chase app is SIGNIFICANTLY better than this app . It’s not user friendly at all . Better company- way worse app

I am not especially techno savvy, but this Capital One mobile app is extremely easy to use, well organized, and adaptable. I truly use it!

Buenisimo

I used to have it and it just stopped suddenly. No help from tech support and they added a text message, now those stopped suddenly.

So far it’s been over a year since I opened it. No problems
