The capital one app and website don’t allow you to log in. It’s never worked. When you call customer service, you get an automated system that doesn’t understand basic questions. I can’t wait to refinance with another creditor.

The app does everything it needs to do but it is not clear or easy to use. Explanations and instructions are scarce. It’s the “figure it out as you go and hope you don’t miss a payment” approach. The online shopping and redeeming rewards and cash back is an adventure and who knows what it will do to your settings.

I find it frustrating to access my statements, both the one pending next payment and the current transactions. Please make seeing my statement a priority function on the opening/home page. You tell me my current balance, and then I want to see immediately what transactions account for that balance. 😢😢

After using Chase and American Express for over 30 years I decided to try out capital one credit cards. Their service, notifications and attention is unmatched. I might discard American Express moving forward. Give them a try.

Didn’t except charges when I was trying to pay for my order

Hotels.com dishonestly charge my card over $100. CapitalOne didn't protect me the customer they protected the vendor.

I need to br able to make a payment a pay a bill with it in minutes no matter what day it’s on as well as people using it, make it happen capital one we know you can, no more of this no being able to cancel a payment, no more of this processing might take 3 days have it happen instantly so we can pay bills and raise our credit score at no extra costs it might be the best financial decission but it’s the best humane one for folks that aren’t financially blessed , change the game anf do it on your dime not ours we know you can afford it and raise the apy on your savings bei the savings apy leader like stars and stripes gas station is the lowest gas leader have some confidence and be motivated not on making the most money but in helping the most people and Christ will bless you for that financially because you are speaking His language, Jesus loves you fam so do I hope this helps whoever reads it.

I really Like that Capital One lets you know automatically when a transaction has been made.payments are applied quickly. I enjoy this bank .

I actually love Capital 1 and would have given 5 stars except for an unfortunate late night conversation with a sarcastic Capital One agent. It was definitely the agent I talked with and not a very good representative of Capital One.
