Not happy at all with the changed from Mastercard to Discover. I have been rejected so many times as a lot of merchants don’t take Discover. Time to change banks.

Why can’t I pay my balance with my debt card anymore that was extremely convenient now I’m thinking about closing my account because I no longer have access to that feature that all my other cards have. Please bring that back!!!

How do you lock someone out of their account for 24 hours due to them logging in a certain amount of times per day? Worst bank ever.
Depositing checks on the app doesn't work. Regret not getting an account with Chase. Very inconvenient to have to go to a branch location to deposit a check. Amazing how they're able to pay Taylor Swift for their commercials but cheap out on their app.

Unable to download app to phone which is annoying. I have to constantly check in by going to my App Store, typing in capital one and access it that way.
My debit card has been getting declined since the switch to discover network, horrible decision to switch networks. No perks and less acceptance, lol typical these days.
