It is a good app but whenever i try to transfer money to my savings account it says that there is an issue and they are working on it, and they has been working on it for over a year.
Still waiting on a two year double billing issue on the amount of $1,380 to be resolved. Documents provided, NY Marriott agreeing with me the customer, and still no response or refund. Moved $300k from the bank, and will move more if this continues to be ignored.
Unhappy with customer service regarding a cancellation

I’ve had this account for 20 years at least if not 22 years when I realize I had trouble making the payments on time meeting deadlines not because I didn’t have the money I put my account on auto pay. Recently I have been charged for three months and have been reported to the credit bureaus because were not being made because they took me off auto pay then when I called and said I couldn’t find my card they can no longer help me because I needed to secure my account to wait and see if this if they were able to still assist me, but they could no longer assist me because my card was missing.outrageous! just simply outrageous!
I installed an updated version of the app and search for credit card transactions no longer returns results, not on iphone, not on ipad. Also subtotals are gone in the credit card. Seems like a major step back.
The app takes so long to load compared to other banking apps.
Seamless transactions with this app. Easy to move money. The only feature its missing is, scheduling a recurring Zelle payment
Capital one switched their debit cards to Discover, which is NOT taken everywhere. Many of the merchants I use do NOT take discover nor do the utilities I have. Customer service has gone down hill also.

In situations where other companies create stress or inconvenience, this team delivers reliability, security, and trust. My finances and investments feel safe, and that’s something you simply can’t put a price on. I’m incredibly grateful to be a customer and would highly recommend them to anyone who values exceptional service, especially those who travel often.
Spark card is far and away my favorite business card for rewards. The rewards return is high and easy to redeem! The app is so easy compared to my other bank’s. Thanks Cap1, you are definitely #1!

They’ve got plenty of reviews that sound like they’re definitely paid or fabricated and not real personal reviews… the fact that they’re not even really that great of a company to deal with when your credit is in the gutter is besides the point … crapital one is a joke… remember their original marketing strategy was a bunch of “barbarian hordes”? Wtf!?!?!?! They will give you a secured card though, but good luck getting it unsecured… instead they’ll just give you a legit unsecured credit line and keep the secured one locked down indefinitely
This is a loyal credit card company if there is such a thing. They worked with me when I was down and out. I am grateful for capital One. 5 stars.
