Had had my card charged and I didn’t make that charge and they contacted me right away and we got it all resolved and fixed. I couldn’t be more happier with Capitail.

The perks are great and the app runs smoothly

One of my things that I like about the card is that it gives you updates every time money is spent so if you misplaced your card or something happens, you’ll know and where so I love that about this card. I haven’t had any issues yet. Everything’s been good. Thank you.

C1 App functions well. The APR is really high and won’t go down over time regardless of how much time and how you’re always on time.

My credit card was cancelled and I wasnt informed at all.

I have had issues with several online purchases/merchants, and they have been there to help me every step of the way. Other CC companies almost always drop the ball. I only wish the interest rate was not so farn high!! Other than that, no complaints. - Susan

I’d rather eat dog food than call even one more time . You goofballs locked my credit cards months ago and even though i ‘ve called a dozen times to tell y’all nobody did a thing . 180 points off my credit cause the platinum being locked . You guys can argue responsibilities with the firm that holds my power of attorney . if want the bbb complaint deleted yall can clear the debts on the cards and close all but the platinum.

i got a capital one credit card once i turned 18 to start building credit, i only pay it off with one card and i always pay the max amount i can, the card i use to pay is mine and i have never paid with a different card however they keep restricting my account for suspicious activity even after ive proved im the one making the payments and they always take over a week to review it and unrestrict my account, i use my credit card between paychecks and having them look it for weeks and being extremely unhelpful with getting it fixed. i will NEVER be recommending capital one to anyone i know because i paid 200$ for the card and they have done nothing but make my life more difficult

I called yesterday, knowing that I could not stop payment on something that was continuous I asked one to stop payment they promised me made it so that they couldn’t charge me anymore for 15 months. I got charged today and they don’t care.
