★★★★★ Amazing app
I am a bot123 · v3.8.2

Very good app despite costing cash.

★★★★★ Thank you to all the developers that worked to publish this
j0shisrael · v3.8.2

I love it

★☆☆☆☆ Waste of Money and a Scam
Chai451 · v3.8.2

Paid to upgrade and nothing appears like the screenshots. Literally the same as the basic, free version. Don’t waste your money. They won’t approve a refund.

★☆☆☆☆ Did not work on my Iphone 10
JMH69 · v3.8.2

This app did not work. The app also says it will not refund the $2.99 I paid for it. Scam beware.

★☆☆☆☆ Couldn’t find the MOON
PeskyIpodUser · v3.8.2

I tried both auto and manual calibration, neither of which was effective. But either way, it couldn’t find the moon, even when I had the camera view enabled and was pointing right at it. This used to be a more reliable app.

★★★★☆ Great features but limited library
Kfowler8 · v3.8.2

My go to app mainly because it has a super handy feature where it shows you the path of an object across the sky as well as the time at each position. This is really helpful when planning astrophotography and you’re surrounded by lots of trees. Downside is I’ve found the inventory of celestial objects to be very limited. Example it doesn’t have the Heart Nebula.

★★★★★ Awesome
drdk84 · v3.8.2

Just incredible! A hundred billion geniuses put this app together!

★★★★★ Does the job
Mark100 · v3.8.2

I use the app mostly to find out what I’m seeing in the night sky. Is that Jupiter? Saturn? Mars? Turn the app on, point it at the object in the sky, and the app shows the object’s name.

★☆☆☆☆ Charged for app I didn’t want
Ninety ours · v3.8.2

Was charged for this app I never wanted and being refused a refund which is insane .

★★★★★ Night time companion
bdonnach · v3.8.2

SkyView has been my night companion for many years. In addition to helping identify celestial objects, it’s also helped me to validate archeoastronomy sites throughout Arizona. Set the calendar, line it up with the rock art, mark the solstice and equinox sunrises and sunsets. With two toddler grand children, SkyView has proved another purpose. Our backyard hammock is now a spaceship. The kids live traveling to the planets and stars with SkyView navigating the way.

★★★★★ Best app ever!
Amateur cook for over 50 years · v3.8.2

I have had this app for many many many years (probably close to 13 years) and I have shared it with so many of my friends and family. It’s amazing! I’d give it ten stars if I could. Recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro Max from an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Tonight is the full moon…so I pulled up the app to identify the current stars around the moon. To my dismay the display was stuck on Draco. Deleted…reinstalled… no better. Then I saw the instruction to remove any cases which could cause magnetic interferences. BINGO! That was the problem. I’m back in business. Thank you for a great app! I was devastated for those ten long minutes I was without it.

★★★★☆ Stop telling me to turn on location services
DoublePhoenix · v3.8.2

Please stop telling me I have location services disabled when I have my location set to manual. I know it's disabled; I did that on purpose.

★★★★☆ Camera
SFCalCat · v3.8.2

If only the camera would save images somewhere

★★★★☆ Wonky
SteveyTaughtMe · v3.8.2

I love the app but the calibration is not always exact.

★★★★★ Mr. Anthony
Aabiiiilalalallaa · v3.8.2

I am very excited, looking at the reality of what is now considered planet in the sky. I must admit the fact that I am very new to this app and don’t actually know how to navigate it yet. I am still wondering if we can actually photograph those planets and other objects that are visible in the sky by this app? Thanks to the scientific world that proved to us that our home planet is also in space as the other planets do. I hope to learn more about this app and its many functions in time to come, great job. I love it.

★★★☆☆ Nice…..but lacking
AstronomyNut · v3.8.2

This has been one of the apps that I started using in my astrophotography pursuits. And it is OK but where it falls down is the catalogues for DSO objects. It is limited on what it shows compared to several other similar apps that have access to more extensive catalogues. I frequently now find myself using the other apps to find other targets to pursue.

★★★★★ Amazing app!!!
Kahuna8899 · v3.8.2

As a shelter manager for Red Cross... nights can be very lonely and boring, especially for children who are displaced... so I've been using SkyView to entertain children and adults alike at night time by safely inviting people to go outside and experience the application with the Sky... thank you for all you do!!!

★★★★★ Perfect!
0r1g1n4l_G3nt1l3 · v3.8.2

This app is perfect for people who like to stargaze. I’m no expert in celestial bodies, but with this app I’m learning quite a bit. I love that you can toggle the intensity of the star overlays.

★★★★★ I am Enjoying this
I love Jesus- James's · v3.8.2

I really like showing my kids, and great-grandkids the world beyond the sky’s

★☆☆☆☆ Instructions would be helpful
Dottydotty72 · v3.8.2

I had high hopes for this app but there are no basic instructions for how to use it. I have no clue what all the different images/icons mean. No guidance on how you even get started.
