I love that I can do a full body work out on my favorite machines and use free weights and area to stretch and strengthen also the red light therapy and hydro therapy are amazing for after workout routine. The gym is my daily therapy for mind body and soul

The app is super helpful and great. I would like to suggest a “map” of the gym. Like a layout of where machines are. For newer people in like myself.

Awful experience on this app

Even after canceling my subscription they continue to charge my card haven’t been to the gym in two months

I hate that they made it so hard to cancel your subscription in the past. Bc of this I now owe the money and every once in a while, they’ll take what I have left in my bank. It’s literally the biggest inconvenience. My account just went from $130 to $50. Gonna call and see if sense my status is active if I can still attend to at lest get the best of my money before I cancel all together. I hate this gym anyways really recommend Alcovy gym if you’re in Covington

this is a very bad app i stopped working out yet they are continuously taking money from my account & won’t even allow me to unsubscribe i am not happy with the results i am receiving right now this is unbelievable! never coming to this gym again #thumbsdown
