I understand it’s 2026 and we are offering more and more via telehealth but we still need to be able to access a a real person to discuss something as important as medications. As a customer of many years of CVS, I HATE this AI, autobot, leave a message we will call you back system they have adopted. As a NP, it is BEYOND frustrating I can consult a pharmacist or callback to clarify orders without wasting precious time. Shame on you CVS and Aetna! Staff appropriately and hire people to answer the phone. Stop prioritizing profit.

I paid to have my prescriptions delivered every month and all of a sudden it wants to charge me? Can’t find anywhere to renew. This app is annoying
I had to delete this app. It literally asks me for access to my Bluetooth every 5 minutes. It’s so annoying
Can’t find total rewards that I upped BEFORE I add anything to the cart.
This app helps me with reminders and give great healthcare information
I Love this app it’s fantastic. I always know when my scripts are ready and the coupons are great!

It tells me my prescription needs action, does not tell me what action and no phone number!!! Very annoying.
One of the he BEST ED this is I've ever had and what was remarkable was the follow up that they had provided to me because they could not solve the issue and they found the right doctor and facilities that can work on me

I’ve a card on file but store can not see and it takes extra time to process pickup. You are advertising faster pickup by storing card but it is not working. Please fix it to save your and my time.
LOVE THE APP. So easy to navigate and love being able to monitor my prescriptions and be reminded of refills.
The reason for 1* is my husband and I have the same email address and the app won’t let me add the 2 together.
