Would really like to a pharmacist instead of a computer
This app ALWAYS states I don’t have an internet connection when I do! I am currently stuck in a loop signing in a loop of the app requesting my birthdate to verify prescriptions so I can manage them
Please hire someone that knows how to develop a website. Nothing works, NOTHING! It’s not always the same thing, so I know it’s a developer problem.

Why is the CVS app not working on my IPad. On 4/13 I deleted the app, downloaded it new, signed in with my credentials and still can’t open my savings and coupons tab. Yet, I can do so on my IPhone.
Way too much advertising. Not easy to navigate. The important topics should be on the top.
I don’t want to bothered with the retail store or its messages. Not clear how to opt out

I understand it’s 2026 and we are offering more and more via telehealth but we still need to be able to access a a real person to discuss something as important as medications. As a customer of many years of CVS, I HATE this AI, autobot, leave a message we will call you back system they have adopted. As a NP, it is BEYOND frustrating I can consult a pharmacist or callback to clarify orders without wasting precious time. Shame on you CVS and Aetna! Staff appropriately and hire people to answer the phone. Stop prioritizing profit.
Changed items last night and old info is still showing
Hi you’re abbreviations for prescriptions on your text. Messages are not enough to identify my prescriptions. Your computer telephone no notifications system is terrible. No plugs to leave my messages regarding yours.
Put all of the info in to schedule an appointment and when I got there the nurse said I had no appointment. Either sassy nurse or bad app. I’m gonna be nice and blame the app.
Doesn’t respond to requests just freezes up
I received a digital gift card through my health benefits and I can’t use it in the store and the app won’t accept it for me to pay for online purchases
I don’t need multiple text thru out the day , every single day . It’s very annoying!!
You need to streamline these platforms.
