Too much up sell, too little useful i formation.
Trying to connect all of my family prescriptions as the mother and caregiver of the family is absolutely infuriating.
I was hung up four times because the person didn’t like to hear the word “damn” they will not answer the phone at all !

Can’t never clip my coupons
I find it impossible to get a refill when I need it now over the phone. I have specific drugs for sleep and pain control 3x a day. When I phone in now to just put in my script number it won’t allow that as a choice. AI Keeps asking me to choose from the list they provide, and none of the chooses are what I need. It used to be sooo easy to get my refills and now I have to sit and listen to AI trying to pronounce 16 scrip ( obviously from scripts for the last 20 years ). And the way she was pronouncing the names of the scripts was actually comedic! Hilarious or not, she does a terrible job of it — you need to FIRE her or let customers say what they need to say. You will lose customers if you don’t immediately make much needed revisions to your AI system. Just thought you should know, as a physician and clinic owner myself, we always listen to “gripes” from patients if things seem to not be going as they should. Then we have the choice to correct them. Regards, VW 4/14/26.
CVS DOES THINGS RIGHT!
It logs me out a lot and after I logged back in it got rid of everything I had put in my cart! I asked for help in the app and the chat bot doesn’t know how to help and doesn’t offer a person

I don’t need multiple text thru out the day , every single day . It’s very annoying!!
This insurance plan is an absolute joke. I’ve been on a roller coaster ride for the last four years - first the insurance will cover my med, then it doesn’t, then it will if I switch to a high deductible (which is outrageous btw) and reach my out of pocket max before it will cover any part of the cost. Ridiculous!! I absolutely HATE Caremark. But it’s the only prescription plan my employer offers.

I never can find My Rewards. I don’t know where they hide them…that way, they can’t be used.
You need to streamline these platforms.
Changed items last night and old info is still showing
Hi you’re abbreviations for prescriptions on your text. Messages are not enough to identify my prescriptions. Your computer telephone no notifications system is terrible. No plugs to leave my messages regarding yours.
Put all of the info in to schedule an appointment and when I got there the nurse said I had no appointment. Either sassy nurse or bad app. I’m gonna be nice and blame the app.
I received a digital gift card through my health benefits and I can’t use it in the store and the app won’t accept it for me to pay for online purchases
Doesn’t respond to requests just freezes up
