Disability Services has been excellent in providing help and information.

Delta is horrible. Never on time, pay for points, planes breaking down, setback entertainment broken, not honoring diamond upgrade rewards, and constantly saying they are becoming more efficient when in reality they are now the worse airline to fly. If it wasn’t for lack of options I would never fly them again. Glad I wasted so much money hitting diamond multiple years in a row. The best part of a delta flight is getting off a delta flight.

I’ve been waiting for the app to show the points I earned since Monday, there’s nothing. Go to the website and it’s been updated. I just looked at a flight I took 6 hours ago. App, still shows zero points earned on the 2 flights I’ve done this week, website has both flights. Why doesn’t your app work?

Can’t reset PW, can’t create new account, can’t give feedback. Hilariously bad experience

Loaded new update and now unable to log in to see profile. Welcome page first section is blank. Clicking on profile or Skymiles just keeps spinning.

No other airline does this, it’s such a shame that they exhibit this kind of behavior

Regularly experience errors and dropped check out experiences when trying to book in app. Also, birthdate and gender on MY passenger info never retains/autofills from purchase to purchase but my saved guests do? make that make sense Additional Review: Along with the issues above I now also have issues where the app still says we’re departing at a time that has already passed. Like oh yeah we totally can also arrive in Chicago by 6:30CT when its 7pm ET, we’re still fueling AND need to deice. The system needs an overall evidently

Gets really frustrating that I can see my current miles balance on the web but old data on the app. The app doesn’t update - have to log out and log back in for the miles to update. PLEASE FIX

The app on the Apple Watch doesn’t sync with iPhone

The app works well and has a clean, well-thought-out design. I’ll gladly give it 5 stars once my miles update properly on launch or when refreshing the screen (iPhone 16).

TSA Touchless only gets applied to the primary ticket holder. Even if the other people have TSA Touchless enabled in their own account.

this app often crashes no matter how many times you trouble shoot! they made my trip a inconvenience on multiple occasions bc i had to call a representative because the app does a terrible job at booking flight. tried to pay for seating and it crashes…tried to check in it crashes..WONT BE USING DELTA AGAIN

Frequently, and at the worst possible times, refuses login attempts and stays in offline mode, leaving me with no access to critical travel information

I should not have to get an app to check in and receive my boarding pass in my Apple wallet. This is stupid especially since I didn’t need to do it for many flights before. As soon as I logged onto the app, it bombarded me with notifications asking app to track my location etc and why would delta need to track my location?? Does not make sense. Deleted app immediately after receiving pass.

Too many push notifications on the ground. I must have received 50+ notifications within 1 hour of the flight departing. When I got on the flight, the app wouldn’t connect to the on board WiFi, there were several errors and issue trying to log in, and even though I paid almost $400 for a 1 way flight, I learned after the flight that basic fares are not eligible for SkyMiles. First and last experience with Delta.

The app has never saved any of my information like phone numbers/email/credit card, and it stopped offering Apple Pay. This makes changing flights around, which I have to do constantly for work, a major time suck.
