Fly Delta

This app and I use it a lot as a platnium and sometimes diamond , Consistently throws error code , try again later . If I’m willing to spend 7-10k on a ticket or tickets, I would expect the app to work at the time I need it .

I don’t think delta has the best planes or anything, but this app and chat features make delta very appealing. It is well done and deserves all the love.

this app often crashes no matter how many times you trouble shoot! they made my trip a inconvenience on multiple occasions bc i had to call a representative because the app does a terrible job at booking flight. tried to pay for seating and it crashes…tried to check in it crashes..WONT BE USING DELTA AGAIN

With their new update to IOS 17 I cannot access my flights or my delta membership account. I am not going to buy a new phone just to have access to my account. I have an iPhone 8 and I feel this is extortion.

Heard it but not first.

The past three months I have had to delete the app and reinstall it in order for my Miles to refresh. What is going on, Delta? Get your app fixed!!!

Gets really frustrating that I can see my current miles balance on the web but old data on the app. The app doesn’t update - have to log out and log back in for the miles to update. PLEASE FIX

TSA Touchless only gets applied to the primary ticket holder. Even if the other people have TSA Touchless enabled in their own account.

I should not have to get an app to check in and receive my boarding pass in my Apple wallet. This is stupid especially since I didn’t need to do it for many flights before. As soon as I logged onto the app, it bombarded me with notifications asking app to track my location etc and why would delta need to track my location?? Does not make sense. Deleted app immediately after receiving pass.

Too many push notifications on the ground. I must have received 50+ notifications within 1 hour of the flight departing. When I got on the flight, the app wouldn’t connect to the on board WiFi, there were several errors and issue trying to log in, and even though I paid almost $400 for a 1 way flight, I learned after the flight that basic fares are not eligible for SkyMiles. First and last experience with Delta.

If the app knows my precheck information, why does it fail to add this to my ticket every single time I check in? The app also doesn’t give me the option to add it manually before checking in either. Every single time I have to go to a kiosk amd reprint my boarding pass, or check in through the website. This sucks

Skyniles do not show in app. Only on website. Other people have same issue. Please fix.

Sure can be done in the app but every tap is a loading screen.

Not sure why I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app for my skymiles acct to show current miles is annoying

The app on the Apple Watch doesn’t sync with iPhone

The app works well and has a clean, well-thought-out design. I’ll gladly give it 5 stars once my miles update properly on launch or when refreshing the screen (iPhone 16).

Frequently, and at the worst possible times, refuses login attempts and stays in offline mode, leaving me with no access to critical travel information
