I love using MyChart very easy to find information about appointments and see notes after my visit with the doctor.

Every time I get an email it links me to my wife’s my chart- and I had bloodwork done on Tuesday April 14th. The email says my results are in and when I finally log into my chart there are no results—-

Great to keep up with health

I do not like any patient portals as I find them difficult to use. Most of the time any messages are not necessary but cause me to take time to sign in.

I love the app because: 1. You can keep track of all of your Appts. 2. You can see almost any type of test results. 3. You can message your Dr. day or night with any question. That is the feature I like the best.

I find My Chart a valuable tool for scheduling appointments and labs, seeing results from tests and keeping track of upcoming appointments and procedures. It is an efficient tool for contacting my caregivers with non urgent questions and guidance. The tool saves me time, my doctor’s time and the nurses and office staff time.

I get too many notifications by email, text, and push notifications. When you click a MyChart link it always pulls up the browser and not the app.

I find it difficult to cancel appointments in MyChart. The appointment time keeps showing up for days after my attempt to cancel.

I love using MyChart because everything is in one place! I can communicate with my doctor about refills and appointments that need to be rescheduled!

Can’t access the Code they send you for next to do, to enter by going to your phone or email and I can’t do this. I’m 86 and it’s too difficult to do

This makes check in so easy and the ability to keep up with appointments, payments, conditions, and medications all at my fingertips.

Doesn’t work with iOS 26. I can’t log in on the app, but I can in browsers and not on mobile.

My impression of the app was ok till today. Not happy today though! I have surgery coming up and had to fill out a history form. After 20 minutes of typing out answers, the app quit. It didn’t save any of what I had typed. In my opinion, there should be automatic saving for this sort of thing.

My chart makes life easier to find out results, ask a question from your doctor or just stay up to date on your health!

It’s wonderful to have a place that stores all your medical records. My child has been helping me since 2015. l can go back to my records stored in my phone anytime any place. I love this app. Thank you My chart.

Love how I can communicate with my provider through MyChart and how they reply.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and simple to read. I love the feature that allows a user to “Print” copies of needed LABS and IMAGING orders. This is a time and stress saver! The old way: Visit provider, get lab slips, go to lab when it’s convenient for you. (You lose or misplace your lab slips necessitating another visit to your provider. Sometimes requiring visit reschedule). The new way: Open the “My Chart App and Print your lab slips. (Now no more wondering where you put your lab slips). You can conveniently 1)Message your provider. 2)View lab results. 3)Schedule Visits. 4)Request refills. And so much more! The more I interact with this app the more features I uncover.
