Very helpful for my daughter doctors appointments and medication

It’s been 10 minutes of me trying it write a simple note to my provider and it keeps taking me back to the home page a minute into writing and not saving what I have written. This is extremely inconveniencing.

Knowledge is power.

I wish I could say something good about MyChart. I really hope it gets better, but it continues to be designed by engineers and not for humans. Maybe someday, the executives will stay out of it and leave it up to people that know how to design interfaces that work well on phones and on the computer.

Handy for me to book apts pay bills keep track of the ever increasing drug list, etc.

Logged into Baptistmychart and was updating drug info; somehow I was logged out and when I tried to log back in it didn’t recognize/accept the password I’ve had since first started my account.

What is the point of having access to your medical records, if you can’t actually access your medical records?!

I love this new app, it’s so easy to use and you can see your labs results from past to present and you can make schedule appointments all from this app with doctors who are connected to methods

It’s a easy way to track future visits and view test results.

This site does not know the meaning of the word. You cannot do what you want to do on here. (Send a message to a specific person, make an appointment with a specific provider, etc.) It’s like whoever designed the app. Knows more about what you need and doesn’t care about what you want. Looks glitzy but not practical .

This app is truly unique in its cringe experience. There’s a lot in here and could be really good, but just epically awful design that gets in the way vs. makes easier. And what kind of developer slaps their logo throughout the UX for no usability reason? I will actively avoid ever using an app created by Epic for this reason. How juvenile and obnoxious must you be to feel it important to waste limited screen real estate to tell you they made the app on EVERY page of the app. So sad this is what ttd healthcare industry will accept for their money.

I adore that this app makes scheduling an appointment so much easier.

The app is heaps better than the website, but it still fails to open links and messages regularly. Luckily I can see most of the same info on MyHealthConnection
