Love how I can communicate with my provider through MyChart and how they reply.
I used to use this app all the time. I really like the convenience. Then they changed it or updated it and I had massive problems. Logging in. It would changed to epic ID in the middle of my login. So I thought I was using my username but no it was expecting me to use my epic ID so the login would fail. It would automatically switch to facial recognition. Even though it recognized my face, it would not let me login without logging in with my password again so in fact, I would be logging in three times. So I deleted it in the hopes that I would be able to start fresh with the app. It’s a good thing I did because I found when I went back to the site that it was collecting your health information. Why? Who is it sending it to? I certainly don’t want an app that is collecting all of my very confidential health information and selling it to who knows who!
Every few seconds the messaging feature cuts off. Half of the time it saves a partial draft. Half the time it doesn’t.
There is no way to view my appointment info and i lost half my care team. The app was great, why did the devs have to change everything about it?
Got notice that i needed lab work done but only # i found to schedule this done the lady had no Idea who Dr Kanade was. What was the clinic was what she was asking. I finally hung up. Found a number on google and waited 15 min online to get lab work scheduled. Other medical app i use would of had where to call
I wanted to know if the 2 blood draws I need to have done require fasting. That information was not there so now I can only assume I do not have to…and we all know how assuming often ends up. ALSO, I am told to download and print it and take the script information to a lab. Nowhere does it say the information is in my MyChart files, so on record, and I wouldn’t have to download, print or take anything to an AHN lab. So again, I am going to assume it works like it did BEFORE THE UPDATE and just go in to my AHN lab and have both blood draws. You need to be specific!
This is much better than making calls. Love it.
Not necessary when use the app
Very helpful for my daughter doctors appointments and medication
It’s been 10 minutes of me trying it write a simple note to my provider and it keeps taking me back to the home page a minute into writing and not saving what I have written. This is extremely inconveniencing.
This makes check in so easy and the ability to keep up with appointments, payments, conditions, and medications all at my fingertips.
Every time I get an email it links me to my wife’s my chart- and I had bloodwork done on Tuesday April 14th. The email says my results are in and when I finally log into my chart there are no results—-
Love the app. Great understanding concerning my appointments and lab works. Thank you
Great to keep up with health
I love the app because: 1. You can keep track of all of your Appts. 2. You can see almost any type of test results. 3. You can message your Dr. day or night with any question. That is the feature I like the best.
I find My Chart a valuable tool for scheduling appointments and labs, seeing results from tests and keeping track of upcoming appointments and procedures. It is an efficient tool for contacting my caregivers with non urgent questions and guidance. The tool saves me time, my doctor’s time and the nurses and office staff time.
I find it difficult to cancel appointments in MyChart. The appointment time keeps showing up for days after my attempt to cancel.
I love using MyChart because everything is in one place! I can communicate with my doctor about refills and appointments that need to be rescheduled!
My impression of the app was ok till today. Not happy today though! I have surgery coming up and had to fill out a history form. After 20 minutes of typing out answers, the app quit. It didn’t save any of what I had typed. In my opinion, there should be automatic saving for this sort of thing.
I love using MyChart very easy to find information about appointments and see notes after my visit with the doctor.
