I enjoy using the American Airlines app to book my flights and get updates on my flight status and miles. Very user friendly and intuitive.
Brand new iPhone. Fresh install. Boarding pass doesn’t open. Useless
Easy to use. Added my boarding pass to my wallet. Still trying to log into other airlines apps for the return flight, to no avail.
Love the app and it’s organization with each section. Clear and concise! Can buy my flight easily and use Affirm as a payment method which helps A LOT with my immediate purchase and the process was pretty smooth and clear.
They have always been very helpful and friendly whenever I need to travel even when I have needed a wheelchair assist. A+

App says things like “click here to rebook” but it doesn’t work. These folks care about profits at the expense of customer service. App too.
I almost missed my flight because I rely on my digital boarding pass and the gate changed last minute. I must have tried a thousand times - I cannot seem to log into my aa account from the app. I have tried deleting and downloading the app, clearing browser history and any other tips I can find online. So frustrating because all other airline apps work just fine on my phone. I am now committed to not flying American until they can fix their tech issues. So frustrating, esp when they control flights to Dallas and each of them is over $1000. Ugh!!

I am unable to use the app at all anymore because my Iphone is not to updated to ios 18. Disappointing.
Cannot use on iOS 17. Please support ios17 I do not want iOS 18 or any higher.
Love American Airlines only way I like to travel.
