This app is great but the scan option for passports does not work properly I’m never able to check in for my flight until I get to the airport

A very fast and efficient app
Love the service provided for flights
The app has made traveling so much easier. It holds all of my travel plans and sends me live updates. It also tracks my flight in the sky and show times on my Home Screen. Updates include seat changes, gate changes, departure and arrival time, how far the walk to the next gate is, and more.
This app tells you to use verifly to check in for an international flight and still requires going to the AA desk for the agent to tell you that they don’t use verifly app anymore. Make it make sense.
It’s easy to add miles and finding flights pretty much everywhere.
Love American Airlines only way I like to travel.

Stable, Consistent and performance is great
They have always been very helpful and friendly whenever I need to travel even when I have needed a wheelchair assist. A+
App says things like “click here to rebook” but it doesn’t work. These folks care about profits at the expense of customer service. App too.
I almost missed my flight because I rely on my digital boarding pass and the gate changed last minute. I must have tried a thousand times - I cannot seem to log into my aa account from the app. I have tried deleting and downloading the app, clearing browser history and any other tips I can find online. So frustrating because all other airline apps work just fine on my phone. I am now committed to not flying American until they can fix their tech issues. So frustrating, esp when they control flights to Dallas and each of them is over $1000. Ugh!!
