It won’t let you change pay for uber one. No direct way to communicate with the company for help. Not helpful or seamless.

Leaving this review so uber knows how horrible their software is. They literally trap you and force you to overpay, then when you reach out to support they say “take a photo”. Pls do not use this app whatever it takes. Seriously.

Uber has made me miss my trains several times now in the past month. The app has been terrible for Ny metro area lat few months. False promises of times. They will say 4 mins and it turns to a 12 min wait. Extremely overdue. I wish they can just tell you 12 mins before you order a uber.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I scheduled a ride to Airport for 4:30 AM, relying on their service to get me to an early flight on time. Instead, the ride was canceled at the last minute with no meaningful warning, leaving me with virtually no time to make alternative arrangements. As a result, I was forced to drive myself to the airport under significant stress and time pressure. This created a dangerous situation — at one point, a deer ran into the road, and I narrowly avoided an accident. I also had to leave my car at the airport unexpectedly, which caused additional expense and inconvenience. It is completely unacceptable that a scheduled ride is not actually guaranteed and can be canceled at the last minute without any real backup option. This defeats the entire purpose of scheduling a ride in advance, especially for something as critical as an early morning flight.

We were overcharged for a ride and the app has virtually no way to resolve a customer service issue. Uber doesn’t care that you were over charged, after starting a conversation they just closed the issue unresolved. Total ripoff, just beware of drivers because uber doesn’t have your back, and this app shows that clearly.

Johnny was the nicest, most professional and polite Uber driver I’ve ever had. His car was SUPER clean and his positive personality was infectious. Great Uber experience!!!

Uber failed me today. Driver got a flat tire & was unable to have a new driver dispatched; So I attempted to get new driver Paul to help but he belittled me for calling him attempting to explain my exact location and stopped communicating with me. Driver before Paul canceled! This is business travel & I feel defeated; UNBELIEVABLY frustrating. Nothing on your app got me any assistance from a live person! This has been my worse experience ever with Uber!! Someone at Uber needs to review my interactions especially the way Paul spoke to me, this can’t be the level of service uber intends to provide. Someone from Uber who cares needs to review this experience.

What a way to start the day! Not only was Andrea prompt, professional and proficient, she was down to earth and really kind. I ordered an Uber because I have a busy day and my mind was racing with all of the tasks at hand. A quick Uber ride with Andrea was all it took change my perspective and start the day off in a good mood.
